This is a beautifully appointed home and was perfect for our family of 4! We enjoyed being near the winery and the cheese shop. Our boys played tennis on the court there which was nice as well. Perfect location for seeing all of Door County! Would definitely stay there again.

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this lodging. From the moment we opened the front door, we were wowed by the cleanliness, attention to detail, and homeyness of Anchor Point. The place even had that clean, brand-new smell. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our three children to each have our own spaces yet were close enough we could talk to each other from any place in the condo. The outdoor balconies with comfortable furniture overlooking the vineyard and pickleball courts was an added bonus. The video games were also an enormous hit and we are proud to say we (currently) hold all of the top scores (I'd love to know how long "GPC" keeps the top rankings!) The amenities were top-notch and every detail was accounted for (beach chairs, beach towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, cooking supplies, there wasn't one amenity we needed for a comfortable, luxurious stay that wasn't supplied). The location is also super conducive to exploring Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, Sturgeon Bay, Peninsula State Park, etc. My only complaint was how quickly the time flew by, and the last thing my youngest son said as we were leaving was "Can we PLEASE come back here again next year??" Thank you so much to The Simple Life hospitality group. You've set the bar incredibly high and helped make our vacation one of our best ones yet.

Our family stayed here the 1st week of July 2026 and we loved this place! It is brand new, very clean, and well stocked with supplies (there are even beach chairs and sand toys in the garage) and comfy, stylish, new beds & furniture. My boys much prefer staying at places that have pools rather than places on the waterfront. They like to jump in a pool at the end of the day. This place has an indoor pool with a volleyball net, a hot tub, and kid area. The pool was never crowded. The boys loved their loft with a sectional, TV, arcade games and 2 bedrooms (it felt like having their own apartment) and we enjoyed having the 1st floor mostly to ourselves. BTW, the ceilings upstairs and on the main level look like 12 ft. This is a really nice place. I wish I could give the management company 10 stars for Communication. I couldn't find something and they were super helpful, they even checked back with me later. Very impressive. Egg Harbor is the perfect location (art galleries, close to markets w hot cherry pies). We enjoyed fireworks on the 3rd and dinner downtown. From Egg Harbor, it's just 3 min to the Fun Park, an easy 40 min drive to the tip of the peninsula where we took the ferry to Washington Island; 10 min to shopping in Fish Creek, 20 min to Sturgeon Bay to spen time at the marina & lakeshore & fireworks; 12 min to Cave Point for kayaking on Lake Michigan w Peninsula Kayak Co.; and 15 min to Bailey's Harbor where we enjoyed a lobster boil with fresh Maine lobsters.
