Questa casa a un solo piano, lontano da casa, appartiene alla nostra famiglia Air Force. Siamo stati all'allenamento della BMT e il nostro Airman adorava il comfort di casa durante il suo tempo libero. Siamo a circa 6 minuti in auto da Lackland Air Force e 2 miglia a Sea World. C'è un traffico intenso alle porte del giorno della laurea e essere così vicino ti permette di avere più tempo con il tuo Airman. La comunità è un quartiere sicuro, familiare, tranquillo e dispone anche di un ampio parco giochi coperto accanto a una grande piscina interrata. Abbiamo un garage per auto dotato di un dispositivo di apertura garage, che ti verrà dato. La casa è stata fatta per sentirsi il più confortevole possibile. Usiamo questa casa esclusivamente per i noleggi ora e li adattiamo alla famiglia dei laureati BMT e alla comodità, e anche a molti altri ospiti. Sappiamo che le famiglie soggiorneranno qui e che i bambini potrebbero anche accompagnarle, così abbiamo aggiunto alcune aggiunte a prova di bambino a casa nostra. Tutte le copertine sono coperte e forniamo un pacchetto con una serie di fogli per il tuo bambino. Abbiamo un grande divano componibile con un ampio pouf. Le sale da pranzo possono ospitare 6, ma abbiamo le impostazioni di piatto per 8. Abbiamo una cucina ben fornita e siamo orgogliosi di aiutare le famiglie a risparmiare denaro cucinando a casa e fornendo tutti gli elementi essenziali necessari. Forniamo alcuni articoli da toeletta, sapone per i piatti, detersivo per piatti, shampoo, sapone per il corpo e prodotti di carta e set di asciugamani per 8. Forniamo TV HD su tutti i televisori. Il soggiorno principale ha una TV HD da 55 pollici e sia la camera da letto principale che la camera da letto principale dispongono di TV HD da 32 pollici. Wifi disponibile. House è tutto ingresso automatico e ti viene dato un codice chiave per entrare in casa e disarmare l'allarme di sicurezza. Abbiamo un bel patio coperto nel nostro cortile con posti a sedere per 4. Griglia a carbone e utensili per griglia inclusi.

San Antonio 2025

The driveway is a little steep but the house was a comfortable stay. Clean and All the things of being at home. Oh the AC was perfect! We ate out the entire time but the kitchen would be a great place to cook dinner if you wanted. Cute little back yard for Charcoal BBQ and even a coffee in the morning. It's was perfect for our family of four. The rooms were great sizes and the beds were our saviors after the long days of walking and enjoying the city of San Antonio. Sea World is always fun. The community pool area look nice we were just to tired to enjoy it. We ate at some good places...Alamo Biscuit Company, Iron Cactus on the Riverwalk, Rosario's on St. Mary's and Grimaldi's Pizza at La Cantera shopping area...all delicious with great service!

Perfect for bmt grad

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, and kitchen utensils. Only about 15 min from AFB. They included a pack and play and small stroller.

Comfortable Home

Great home has everything you need.. plenty of linens, washer & dryer & even a BBQ... location is fairly easy commute to Lackland AFB. Nice furnishings & spacious layout.

I can't say enough about this place it definitely is a home away from home

Erica is an awesome land lady. If you need anything she is right on it. It's a wonderful house, neighborhood and close to Lackland AFB. I am recommending this property to anyone especially for visiting the base. As I said before I can't say enough good things about this property. Thanks Erica

Great stay

Tree over hanging driveway is really low. Beds were extremely firm, and paper products a little skimpy, but otherwise a phenomenal stay. So much better than a hotel. We were able to cook all our own meals and saved a ton of money. 30 min to fiesta texas and 20 min to the dollar cinema. 1hr from schlitterbahn and min from SeaWorld. Over all a great location and great value.

BMT graduation

Pretty house. Close to Lackland. Maybe 15 min depending on time a day. Comfortable beds. House stocked with all the things we needed to make out weekend that much better. Home ouner was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home to other families.

BMT Graduation.

We stayed at Erica's home for our sons graduation from the Air Force, Erica was extremely helpful in our stay. The home was very comfortable and appointed nicely, it was extremely convenient in getting to the base and attractions around San Antonio, The home was very clean and in a nice family neighborhood, Erica let us stay 4 hours past our checkout to allow us to go swimming at the community pool and accommodate our air travel, she is a super host. I would highly recommend staying there no matter what your stay entails in the San Antonio area...Steve

Worked well

Worked well as the hub for doing all the San Antonio things. Pool is a 5 minute drive, more than half a mile walk so we felt like it was too far to walk with little kids in the heat. Not a problem, just wasn’t what we expected. Access thru the garage was very convenient. Walmart neighborhood market about 5 minutes away for quick groceries. 15-20 minutes from sea world and from most attractions.

Super efficient and convenient 🙌🏼😁

This is a very nice and reasonably priced property to stay at for BMT graduation. Location is so close to base. We sat out on the patio one evening and could hear Taps. Basic toiletries, towels, sheets, hair dryer, cooking aids, dishes, grill -this home has everything you need for your stay. Grocery store is minutes away. Our Airman was able to enjoy a home like environment, get a home cooked meal, relax , and get out of the heat. Erica is quick to answer any question/issue you may have😊 I definitely recommend this home for your BMT celebration weekend!👍🏼

Well worth it to have a comfortable place to rest with your AF BMT

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Thank you for allowing us to share your home. I would recommend this to anyone coming for BMT graduation. You'll like having a place to gather that is not a hotel room. Erica was very accommodating to us. Thank you! Note: It is only too bad VRBO charges $94 added to the reservation price. In addition, the San Antonio taxes are very high . . . 16.75%. With a $110 cleaning fee, all the additional expense were 34% of the entire cost!

Nice

Place was nice and provided pack and play so was easier to travel and not have to pack that on the road. However, if you have a bad back and bad knees then this isn't a great place. The beds and sofas were super soft and not firm at all so there was no support. House is also built on an incline, so stairs to porch were steep and unloading and walking to and from vehicles may be a challenge with people walking with littles. There was also a lack of blankets but plenty of sheets. Pictures accurately describe the rooms. There weren't curtains on the windows but there were blinds so traveling with littles was rough because they woke up with the sun outside. So remember to bring night masks if wanting to sleep in. The customer service was great, they provided cell phone numbers and toys were even left at the house for our littles to play with and to be kept entertained. The other positive note is that there was an alarm system that helped us feel stay safe at all times. Plus, the neighborhood was also nice and quiet.

My husband and I have been married over 10 years now and we have two beautiful children 3 and 6 years old! My brother graduated from the Air Force not to long ago and my entire family and I came out. We rented off the vacation rental site; instead of getting 2 rooms we had an entire house. Our Airman LOVED it!! Our mission is to help all BMT graduates and their families be extremely comfortable during their time away from base. We took all the details from our stay to make your stay great!! We are a family that loves to travel! We are newly discovering all the places that this site can take us. We are excited to let other people share in our home! We have a lot of tips and places to go in San Antonio and we would love to help you!

We chose this property for the type of neighborhood and the closeness to the base. 6 Miles to Lackland Air Force base. This helps when you are headed to graduation and traffic lines back up, you can save time. You also get to spend more time with your Airman as you do not have as far of a drive to drop them off. This house also comes with a Covered Play Ground and a Giant in ground pool. There is sidewalks and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

We have a covered out door patio area with a ceiling fan and seating for 4, we have a reverse osmosis water filter so you can drink straight from the spout. We supply a full kitchen, dish settings for 8, towels settings for 8, but dining room table seats 6. Washer and dryer to clean clothes before leaving or during your stay. We provide plenty of amenities. The decor and comfortability make it feel just like home. Large 55'' HD TV in main room.
