Very comfortable, tastefully decorated, great location. Many updates, clean, and privacy. Perfect rental for us and two teens. Loved having a patio.

VERY happy with our stay. House was so clean. Allison was very attentive and so accommodating. Furniture, bedding was comfortable. Snacks left for guests were a nice, little treat. Would highly recommend.

We are two senior couples who were staying in Farmville for just one night (unfortunately ... I wish we could have stayed longer in this great home!). This is a wonderful home on a quiet street, within walking distance of the Main Street with coffee shops and other places. Allison left us treats. She was kind enough to label all the light switches! (YAY!!) There was one bathroom upstairs that we had to share. I was a bit concerned about that. But, there was a bathroom downstairs as well and we had NO issue with four of us (so don't let that stop you). My friends and I would be delighted to be able to stay at Allison's place again.

What a warm and welcoming property. Excellent attention to detail. My bed was super comfortable. Two very comfortable sitting rooms. An older house with lots of character.

Absolutely adorable home in a nice safe neighborhood only minutes from downtown. Rode bikes to the access for the High Bridge Trail. Super clean and well stocked with anything you need.No detailed left unattended. Easy communication with Allison. Comfortable furniture and bedding, extra linens. Nice patio and cozy backyard with firepit and grill. We had a deer walk through the backyard one evening . The home is at the end of the street and private. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and two coffee maker options. The home’s AC was cool and ready for our arrival. Met two neighbors who were super friendly. Excellent VRBO property!

Good place to stay

We stayed for a week during spring time, dogwoods bloomed and so was rhododendron and azelias, iy was a piece of heaven. It was nice and comfortable for the two of us. Old time charm and updated fitures that are a necessity. Neighborhood is super quite, which was important after a day of work. Allison was very helpful, always promptly answered any questionsthat we had. Snack bar items and everything that you might need for tea or coffee was also a nice bonus.
