This is a fantastic property, probably one of the best houses we've stayed at, either in Lake Geneva or in similar Midwest vacation towns. It's a very easy walk into town or along the lake path, with easily accessible grocery stores, restaurants and shops. At the house, there is plenty of room to spread out and not feel like you're on top of each other. And the backyard space is exceptional, highlighted by a great pool, hot tub, plenty of room for seating/eating, and the best asset -- the pool house which can't be beat. The owner has thought through many details that some other rentals overlook, making it a very enjoyable place to feel at home, fully unpack, cook, watch multiple TVs if you'd like, and make the most of the outdoor space. The management company was also very helpful, prompt with communication, and responded effectively to some minor questions. We're already hoping to return to this house next summer.

Nice clean house, great location to lake Geneva and a walkable park for the young kids. Sonos speakers were awesome, easy to join the Wi-Fi, and great overall wi-fi, sonos, and tv experience. Listing is as advertised, very nice place to stay.There are things that I kind of expect, from prior says at different houses, at this price point. Kitchen was not well stocked. Only a small drip coffee machine and not enough coffee even for one day, no k-cup machine. No sharp knives in the house, all dull. I do wish they had more non ceramic/breakable bowls and plates. Limited kids silverware. No utility drawer, e.g. scissors.Pool was not heated. No cover existed. Heater definitely not on. That is a great hottub. Limited toys available, but that's fine I guess. Fridges outside were awesome to have.

The house was clean and had plenty of room inside and out. Beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were nice. We had 3 children ages 4 to 7 with us. The sliding doors from the inside area to the outside area were lockable but the kids could unlock easily. It would have been good to have some child locks on them. The outside area was very large and nice with pool, hot tub and indoor kitchen and TV area. The pool was nice but did not seem heated. The water temperature was about the same as the air temperature so when in the 80’s outside it was nice. On the low 70 degree days the pool temperature was too cold for the kids. Hot tub was always hot enough. Would have rated the house 5 stars if the pool was warmer and there was an instruction manual for the house.

This is a beautiful house close to downtown but quiet. Great large, heated pool and hot tub with a gorgeous open-air pool house/kitchen/full bath, comfortable patio and pool house furniture, and lots of big tv's including in the pool house. Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Nice kitchen. My suggestions for the hosts would be to add 3 dining chairs for the kitchen table and provide a few more bath towels and kitchen towels. The pool heater wasn't working when we got there, but they were very prompt in responding to fix it.
