Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful and comfortable night’s sleep. All bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, furnished with a twin bunk bed. For extra sleeping arrangements, the lower level includes a queen-size sofa bed, plus an air mattress, making this home perfect for families or groups looking to unwind in comfort and relaxation.

The lower level also has a full bathroom, making it easily accessible from the common areas. Whether you`re getting ready for the day or winding down after an adventure, these well-appointed bathrooms provide everything you need.

Whether you`re gliding across the serene waters or casting a line in search of the perfect catch, this lakeside haven offers endless opportunities to immerse yourself in nature’s beauty.

☆☆COMMUNITY AMENITIES☆☆
The Community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There`s an indoor heated pool (open year round, except Tuesday) plus an outdoor pool for your use (closed at Labor Day and opens on Memorial day). The community center is open daily and includes a bar & grill, indoor game room at the community center, playground, volleyball court and tennis court. You can rent a boat or bring your own and go fishing. There`s a $15 boat registration fee for your own boat and there are no gas motors allowed, electric only. All fishing in PA requires a fishing license which costs about $30 and is easily attained by visiting the PA Fish & Boat Commission website. There are plenty of bass and other fish. Catch and release only.

While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

📌 POOL REMINDER
OUTDOOR POOL CLOSURE: The outdoor pool will be closed August 31–September 4, 2026. It will reopen September 5–7, 2026, weather permitting, and will then close for the season.

⚠️ For summer 2026, please note that the community outdoor pool schedule is open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM, except on Wednesdays (weather permitting).

The indoor pool is open from 11 AM to 7 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, and from 11 AM to 9 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please note it is closed on Tuesdays.

✔Note that we have window AC units installed in the bedrooms with the king and queen beds. The bedroom with the bunk bed is equipped with a wall-mounted fan (No AC). We have an extra floor fan in the storage area for your convenience, should you need it. Mini-split units are located on both main floors and can be adjusted using the provided remote controls.

✔ Don`t leave fire pit unattended and fully extinguish when finished. Note that firewood is not provided.

✔ Don`t remove/disconnect smoke detectors or carbon monoxide devices

✔ Setting off any fireworks is strictly prohibited and illegal

✔ Badges must be purchased and in your possession while using any amenities and all vehicles must display the association issued identification

✔ Speed limit in the community is 25mph

✔ Any Rules broken can result in a fine at the guests expense.

✔ No smoking of any kind indoors. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $500 fine plus any extra cleaning costs.

✔ Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔ Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔ We provide starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee for your convenience. These should last a few days, but guests may need to purchase additional items as we do not offer restocking.

✔ Due to the rural setting, occasional sightings of insects or mice may occur despite year-round pest control. We take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable stay and appreciate your understanding.
