Questa unità al 2 ° piano si affaccia su una spiaggia privata, con facile accesso alla spiaggia principale attraverso il percorso tra le dune.
A piedi dal balcone piede 12x15 direttamente alla spiaggia.
La LR / DR ha 2 divani, tavolo da pranzo per otto, TV a schermo piatto, opere d'arte, ventilatore a soffitto.
Il kit è ben fornito con ogni cosa di cui avrete bisogno, ice-maker, acqua potabile fredda, forno a microonde, caffettiera Keurig ecc.
Ci sono 3 regolamenti di base, tra cui la principale con letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, ventilatore a soffitto, e bagno completo. La seconda BR ha un letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto, e TV a schermo piatto. Rooms with a View

The place had the most beautiful view from the deck area & living room. My adult children had easy access to visit the beach & bar scene. Ken (the owner) was very responsive to all of our needs!

Relaxing ocean view

Enjoyed a week with views of the sunrise and moonrise over the ocean. Beach is outside the doorstep. Ken, the owner, could not have been more helpful or thoughtful of our needs. He was in contact with us to sort out any potential issues and gave recommendations for local restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay!

Unit is exactly as advertised. Unit is a little older, but is clean, nice amenities, perfect location beach, popular bars, and good restaurant's.

Oceanfront & Dog Friendly

Excellent location & amenities. Owner was easy to work with, and offered suggestions for local spots. Would definitely stay here again :)

Needs some updating and a good cleaning

We did a 50 ladies weekend for my birthday. We go four to five times a year. This was our first beachfront unit. The view could not have been better. Loved the easy access to the beach. The covered/enclosed balcony was perfect. Patio furniture was comfy too. The parking is a bit tight for my big SUV but we got by. The unit washer needs repaired. I forgot sheets and bought some at TJ Maxx. The washer would not spin or empty. Kept throwing a code. I notified the owner through VRBO with no reply. The unit had hair all over the pillow covers on two beds and dirt? and sand as well. We just put a fitted sheet over the entire bed and bedding and put the pillows in the closets. The master bath had hair on the sink, floors and shower walls and the toilet seats were broken and wobbly. Just need to invest time and better cleaners. Could be a great unit. Loved that it's pet friendly. May use them again in the future if it gets cleaned up. The kitchen appliances were nice and clean. Appreciate the goody bag with toiletries and soaps.

Great family friendly place!

This place was awesome! It overlooked the ocean and had easy access to the beach. Ken was available if we needed him, and was very helpful through the whole booking process and through the trip. If you are a family with young kids this place is perfect for you!

The view was fantastic! The property could use some updating but was nice over all. Once we figured out the parking 😞. Ken the owner of the property was very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic week !! Thanks

Family Beach Week

Great location! Beach front views from the family room and just a few minutes walk to the beach with a back entrance and hose to rinse your feet before going back up. The balcony off the family room is very roomy and we spend time out there watching the ocean. Very enjoyable stay!

The view was beautiful and we loved being right on the beach. The house was a little small for the six of us but it was worth it to be right on the beach.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, view was fabulous, sitting on the couch you were eye level to the ocean. Ken was quick to respond with any issues and getting in and out couldn’t be easier. Condo had everything you needed. I wish it could have been a little brighter inside, not enough lighting for my taste, but ample. We really enjoyed it.

Loved this property!

My family and I will definitely stay here again next summer. The condo is very spacious, enough to have family in Rehoboth Beach join us for my son’s 4th of July birthday celebration. Easy check in process, and great communication with Ken.

Our Ocean City beach front vacation

The property is lovely. It is an ideal location in Ocean City. The view from the balcony is what we enjoyed most of all. My husband and our dog, Gracey., very much enjoyed our stay. The host for the property was most affable and helpful to us.

and have owned the property since 1985. We also own VRBO 426563 and have visited Ocean City with our family since the early 70s.

You will have easy beach access from the front balcony. Plenty of room to enjoy sunrise and sunsets on the balcony. We like the location as you are not far from down town and the boardwalk and close to plenty of dining options.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Spending time on the 12x15 foot balcony drinking coffee, or cocktails and watching, sunrises, dolphins and the moon & Sun over the ocean leaves a lasting impression. The second floor gives viewing of the whole beach front and so easy to walk down the front stairs and over the dunes to the water!
