This is the best condo! My stay was awesome in spite of hurricane Isaias. To begin with the host, Suzanne, is amazing! She is very responsive and truly concerned with making my visit great. The condo is very clean, access was easy and it has everything you need to get started. All of the furniture was so comfortable. I love the location on the quieter end of the beach. It’s close to some great restaurants and St. Andrews State Park. I actually saw deer who had wondered down from the park enjoying the beach one morning! Views from this unit are amazing! The security guards are friendly as well. I love that chairs and umbrella come with the unit. I also would like to mention that Gabby provided excellent beach service! I was very happy with this unit!

We LOVED our stay here. Suzanne provided all of the information we needed, and Carlito at the gate was delightful to talk to and spoke fondly of the property in a way that showed he cared deeply for it. The accommodations were beautiful - exactly as pictured - perfect for our family of 7. We appreciated being further down the beach where it was a little less crowded. I have only good things to say about our experience here. I hope we get the chance to stay again sometime!

We enjoyed our stay. The entire building is quiet and low key. If you like a party this is not your end of the beach! Beach is perfect! We spend a lot of time on the balcony when on the gulf coast and it didn’t disappoint. Loads of wildlife and great sunrise and sunset views. The condo is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The management is the best we have ever experienced. Timely and reliable and very helpful.

As close to St. Andrews as you can get! There were days and evenings where I had the beach to myself. The condo was lovely, they had a ton of beach stuff, they provided beach towels, and chair rentals were included, which was amazing. The staff at Moonspinner was great. The two beach attendant ladies were amazing. Carlito, one of the security guards, was hilarious. The condo was clean, the beds were very comfy, balcony views were perfect. Suzanne even contacted us about early check in, which is always appreciated, even though our flight didn't arrive until that evening. We would 1000000% stay here again. This was down toward the quieter end of PCB, traffic was light, no crowds. Just perfect.

Loved the quiet location. Convenient to many restaurants. The elevators were never crowded. The view was beautiful. The condo had all of the conveniences of home. Only complaint that my kids had is that the bunk bed is very squeaky and wobbly. When they turned over during the night, the bed would shake and make noises so it woke them up. Other than that, the other beds were very comfortable.

We had the best time on our trip! Room was super clean and had everything you need., really things you didn't realize you needed until you did and they were there, lol! The included beach service was amazing and the ladies that worked it were very attentive. Our host, Suzanne, was awesome to work with, even let me know that our condo would be available for check in earlier than normal which was amazing!! We always drive early and are stuck riding around for several hours looking for things to do, but we got to go straight to the room, unpack and start having fun as soon as we got into town :) :) The resort itself was great, also, always a place to park and the elevators were fast. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and ready upon check in. Remotes for ceiling fans were nice and having a washer and dryer made it very convenient. Having 24 hour security was also good.

Quick getaway

We had an absolute lovely time here. Check in was easy, the place was stunning and spotless, and Anna was so communicative with us. She was so helpful! We forgot to bring some things down and the condo had what we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the access to the beach was so convenient. We cant wait to come back with our kiddos.

Upgraded with a view

This was the first time that we had stayed at a new condo in probably 15 years, and we knew we wanted to get even further down Thomas Drive. You can't get any further than this. The condo looked recently remodelled and very well taken care of. Being so close to St. Andrews State Park, you have a great place to walk uninterrupted along the beach, and even saw a couple of deer running down the sand dunes. Don't miss watching the fishing boats heading out in the morning from the balcony either. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet condo away from the noise of Front Beach Rd or further down Thomas Drive, look no further.

Wow! What a great lodging experience!

This was the perfect condo in the perfect location. Very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. It's obvious the owner has put a lot of effort and attention to detail in ensuring that their guests have an optimal experience. From the little things like having enough coffee pods / filters / cream / sugar to get you through your first night's stay, to the well stocked kitchen, to the excellent and super-friendly communication with host Suzanne. It's worth noting too that it wasn't just the condo that was super-nice. The property itself was well maintained with everything we encountered clean and in good working order. If you've ever stayed and one of these multi-floor condos you're probably familiar with ridiculous wait times that an occur at the elevators. Not here. Because the elevators actually worked, we never waited more than a minute or so all week for the elevator on our 8th floor. It helps too that the units are spread out across 3 different buildings so it feels smaller than it actually is. The local is laid back, very quite, and only one property away from St. Andrews State Park. I and my family have been coming to the PCB area for several years now, each time staying at a different property. We all decided that the next time we come back we are coming back here. It was THAT nice! All the little things added up to an amazing week here that we truly regretted seeing come to an end. Thank you so much to Suzanne and the owner(s) for a truly memorable week!

This a pleasure to give this review. First off Suzanne was wonderful to deal with. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Her communication was top notch. We love this end of the beach. St. ANDREWS State park is the only thing to your east so no traffic. You're still very close to Walmart and excellent restaurants. Only 9 floors in each building. Not once did our elevator stop on another floor coming down from the 8th. And they were always working and fast. The walk to the beach, regardless of building or floor is short and easy. Plenty of parking with guard always at the gate. Gone are the days of knowing a code for garage, a code for door and code for beach. Very nice tennis and pickle ball courts. The whole property is well kept and clean. Our unit was perfect. Others may see something that i don't but im only there for a week. Great space, large comfy beds. I slept like a rock every night. Very clean. Nice TV's. Plenty of stuff in kitchen. Lots of beach stuff in closet. If i were to own this unit and live here long term is there anything id change? I would update tub/shower to walk-in shower with fold down bench seat. But was extremely pleased with everything. If i could rent this unit every time, i would definitely do so. Hope we're lucky enough to stay here again!!!
