Il cottage si trova a 30 piedi dal bordo del lago. Tramonti meravigliosi

La struttura si trova sulla West Shore Road a Grand Isle su 'Broad Lake' guardando attraverso il Lago Champlain a Adirondacks. Il casolare si trova 100 yarde fuori strada ombreggiata da vecchi alberi di cedro. Si tratta di un bel pezzo di lungolago con una spiaggia privata. Ottimo per il nuoto, pesca, o prendere il sole giù dall'acqua. Portare un kayak o una barca (barca gratis lancio rampa 400 piedi lungo la strada). Grande spazio per andare in bicicletta.

Il cottage può ospitare quattro in due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale, una con un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche un futon matrimoniale in soggiorno. Bello, confortevole soggiorno e cucina, bagno con box doccia, e una bella veranda sul lago proiettato-in. C'è un grill a gas e una griglia a carbone, sedie Adirondack, acqua città (non un pozzo o lago). Asciugamani e biancheria da letto in dotazione. Si prega di portare biancheria per futon se pensando di usare. Camino a gas. Internet wireless gratuito.

C'è anche un tavolo all'aperto con ombrellone e quattro sedie.

Grand Isle è raggiungibile con strada rialzata / ponti o traghetti:
5 minuti per Plattsburgh NY / VT traghetto
5 minuti per un ottimo piccolo negozio di alimentari
35 minuti a Burlington e l'aeroporto (via strada rialzata)

We had a great time at this super cute cottage with a beautiful location. We had everything we needed for our three night stay, and we loved exploring the area. Sitting outside with the firepit watching the gorgeous sunset was a highlight for sure.

We had a great time staying at Dave’s cottage. It was everything we hoped it would be. It was a perfect location for the wedding we attended during that weekend. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wanted to stay there.

What a lovely and peaceful place. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the porch, and in the yard overlooking the lake.There are a lot of really fun things to do around there too. We drove all around the islands and enjoyed his historical sites.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was wonderful. The house was small but cozy. Perfect for us. The view was amazing. The host was wonderful. We had an issue with the front door and they came right away to fix it and they were super nice. The house was clean and well stocked. We found everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying there to anyone looking for a secluded hideaway on the lake.

This cottage was a pleasant place to have a simple, relaxing getaway. The views were exceptional. The kitchen had everything one would need. We really enjoyed how quiet and beautiful it was looking out at Lake Champlain. Driving anywhere around was quite simple. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a very small house on the shore. The bedrooms are very small as well as the beds. The furniture is dated, but OK. The kitchen area is small, but efficient. We were there for a two night stay attending a wedding so we did not spend time at the property. Since we were essentially just sleeping there, it worked just fine for us.

House was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot for bike riding. I would definitely stay here again. Dave was a great host and got back to us right away when we had questions. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful location by the water.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in the house. The location was amazing with a view of Lake Champlain. The walk down to the beach was a nice treat. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy.

perfect for a quick get away. We were up for a wedding and wanted a calm, quiet place for the kids to stay so they’d be well rested for their flower girl duties and this was perfect. Rock beach kept kids busy for hours, and an easy drive to Burlington for food/shopping. Clean, well stocked, and listing is accurate.

My wife Anne and I have lived in Grand Isle, Vermont for Twenty five years. Now we are raising our three year old son MAX here. Anne takes the ferry to work across the lake in Plattsburgh, NY. When I am not looking after MAX, I work as a Cabinet Maker out of our home here in Grand Isle. We both love to sail and spend a lot of our free time racing sailboats.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We found this property twelve years ago. it is just down the street from where we first lived in Grand Isle. We had been looking for a property to invest in for years. when this one became available we jumped on it. We are so glad we did. It is a special place and I hope you will enjoy it.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

There are a few things that makes our cottage so wonderful. First, It sits only 30 feet from the lake so you feel like you are right there. There is a screened in porch where you can spend long evenings drinking wine and talking about your day or relaxing with a book. One of my favorite things to do is to sit on the lawn in an Adirondack Chair on a nice summer afternoon and watch the sailboats go by. The cottage is a quiet place. It sits 300 feet from a road that is not busy in the first place. If you want to venture out for the day or evening there are great choices. First, there are some great restaurants locally. Burlington is only 30 minutes away and if you have never been to Burlington you need to go. Burlington is a wonderful small city with fantastic restaurants, shops, music, and more. Montreal is a 90 minute drive north. just don't forget your passport.
Grand Isle is a wonderful place to bike, paddle, fish, swim, or just hang out and relax with your favorite drink. I hope you come and enjoy our cottage.
