We apologize for the upstairs A/C issue during your stay. The mini-split experienced a problem following storms in the area, and we’re glad we were able to respond quickly and get it running again. Since your visit, we have replaced the upstairs mini-split with a brand-new unit to ensure our future guests stay comfortable. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!
