What a spectacular place. Very clean and relaxing. Conveniently located between Springfield and Lebanon. Owners were exceptional. We locked ourselves out and they were there within 5 min. Thank you so much Lawson Landing !!

The house was absolutely beautiful tje scenary was gorgeous and the outdoor silo /bar was amazing. I would highly reommend this place it was also an excellent location for the birbon trail but also very peaceful and quite.

We stayed 3 nights in October and the views at this place are stunning! You get a sunset and sunrise. The perfect farm getaway with convenience close by. The house was clean and well updated. Plenty of room. The silo bar outside is very nice touch although we really didnt get to use it. Cookware like pots and pans could use updating and they dont supply anything like foil or storage bags if you plan on doing or needing any of that. Overall very well experience.

The host family is great. Including the cows. . We spent a couple of days and were treated like close family would be treated. We would definitely go back again.

The house was well equipped for entertainment with TV’s inside and out and the air hockey table. The outdoor area is great for enjoying the outside. The living room and kitchen were comfortable for spending time together. Was great for our group of three couples with two queen and one king bed. The house was very clean, the bathrooms were nice and large and had nice touches like shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and some nice extra touches like a few healthy snacks for hungry travelers and a Keurig with an assortment of pods. Thank you Lawsons for a lovely stay. PS. Also enjoyed the company of the outdoor barn kitten who was an adorable welcome committee.

Country Charm

Lawson’s Landing was the perfect getaway for 2 nights. Amazing views from every room. The outside area was just as nice as the inside.

If you are looking for tranquility in the country, yet easy access to Bourbon country, then Lawson's Landing is perfect. The host was not only responsive, he went out of his way to check in with us and offer suggestions during our stay. Everything was just as described in the listing and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again when we are in the area.

This house is in a beautiful location, smack in the midst of farmland. It was exactly what we were looking for! We had a problem with the AC, and our host (Lance) was immediately on top of the situation. Customer service like that is becoming rarer, so we were happy to be on the receiving end of it.

We really enjoyed our stay on the farm! Lance went above and beyond for us - including having the house decorated for Christmas for us! Coffee k-cups were stocked up & the grocery store is close for all your other needs. The house was clean & comfy. We will stay again.

Quiet, peaceful and great for families

We were in town for the Kentucky Derby and stayed in this lovely farmhouse. I really like the location because it was quiet. Lance went above and beyond if we needed anything! We will definitely book again and/or recommend to friends and family.

Perfect getaway

Lance was so easy to communicate with and very accessible should we need something. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze, house was very clean and very well stocked. A perfect destination for our trip along the bourbon trail!

One stormy weekend

The farmhouse was beautiful and spotless. The outdoor area was cool with the silo. My best friend and I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The list of local restaurants came in handy. Thank you for making our girls trip relaxing and trouble free.

Lawson's Landing is clean and inviting, with a lovely fusion of modern convenience and rustic decor. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. Check in was effortless: I just messaged Lance Smith to let him know we arrived and he gave us the door code. During our stay, we enjoyed our farm life view, complete with cows and adorable sheep! Lance and his family are amazing, keeping contact and giving you a heads-up before he or his father come by the farm for daily chores so you know they are on the property. He even gave us a bucket of feed so we could feed the sheep!
