The property is as described. The neighborhood is quite but older so when pulling in I was unsure. The house was everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay would definitely stay here again.

Apart arriving the place was extremely clean. Is a very nice open concept and felt very comfortable. I only needed it for a day however I felt that it was well worth what I paid. The Host responded to any question that I had and worked with me well. Five star would rent again

The property was exactly as promised. Plenty of space for our party of three. We were in town for a concert, so the location’s proximity to the arena and Riverwalk were key. We will definitely stay there again.

The house was in a perfect location for all of the best attractions and restaurants. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the riverwalk. Kevin was extremely helpful with great communications. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! This property was clean and cozy. Some amenities provided. Coffee pods for Keurig to get started. Water chilled in frig. The air-conditioning set and ready for the Texas heat. Clean/fresh towels and linens. A good shower. Spacious with high ceilings. A driveway for parking off the street. Great communication and recommendations from our host who was available and responsive. The things that matter were all in place.

Weekend in San Antonio

The house has been remodeled on the inside and is nice. The neighborhood is dark at night when you arrive back to the house after being on the Riverwalk, which can put you on unease, but is quite for the most part. When arriving, the neighborhood seems a little run down, but there are signs of improvements and homes being remodeled. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house. Perfect for us with 2 bedroons. Good location to enjoy downtiwn S A. with indepence and privacy. Quiiet area. No traffic noise. Clean. Comfortable. Lovsd the couch. Family could be cozy together watching movies. Definately could sleep comfortable on the couch. Easy to contact host for anyrhing by texting. Fast response.

Nice property, host not so much

Nice property. Nicely furnished and appointed. Neighborhood seems to be in transition, but wasn’t bad. Just very dark at night and didn’t seem to be much nearby in the way of restaurants, etc. Maybe we just didn’t find them. But the host entered the house while we weren’t there and then made a big ordeal over our dogs ( I apparently didn’t fill out the reservation right) and we had to get VRBOs resolution team involved after he wanted us to find another place to stay right then. VRBO handled it and everything was ok in the end.
