Everything was as expected for us. Check in and instructions were a breeze abd eric was very responsive on a few questions leading up to check in and when i let him know we left. Would stay again

Excellent. All was as stated. Loved the hot tub! Owner aware of the bocce ball court situation and will work on it and the back yard. *Remote controls do not work but not a big deal. Roku fire phone app worked. Connect with 5G wifi network in order to connect with TV in living room.

We had an overall decent stay at this rental. Communication with the host was good throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient.On our first night, the hot tub was not up to temperature, but the host handled it well and provided monetary compensation, which we appreciated. By the second night, the hot tub was fully up to temp and ready to enjoy.One thing worth noting is there was a slightly off-putting smell in the property that did not go away, even with the windows open. We chose not to bring it up during our stay, as we were already checked in and didn’t feel there was much that could be done at that point.Overall, aside from that issue, the stay was smooth and the host was responsive and fair in addressing concerns.

Hey Katie, thanks for staying again! The house is old and it was a bit wet that week. I did bring an ozone generator over there and hat has taken care of the smell and I also added some air fresheners!

The hot tub was cold and water was only filled half way. The house was so cold it took the entire 2 daysto heat up. The beds were comfortable but it lacked in other areas. The bathroom sink and toilet were tippy or loose? I dont know but it was scary, always felt like they were gonna break. Clean house.

Sorry you did not have a great stay:/ It was -10 on the days that you were here and I had reached out 4 times to let you know that I could swing up and fill the tub but I needed access to the inside of the home because the outdoor spigot was frozen. You did not respond so I was not comfortable going in the house without your approval. There was a bolt loose on the sink, its fixed now, sorry about that
