Questo bellissimo appartamento è arredato con mobili stile dell'isola. Esso include una voce interna, lavatrice / asciugatrice, TV a grande schermo, sala fitness, sala per feste e parcheggio coperto. Esso comprende anche una spiaggia privata e dispone di servizi per gli ospiti a tempo pieno e di manutenzione. La cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi, tra cui un piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. C'è una grande riscaldata piscina sulla proprietà e un ristorante a pochi passi.

St. Armands Circle nella vicina Sarasota fornisce molti
negozi di lusso e ristoranti. Nei dintorni Anna Maria Island è conosciuta per la sua pesca, ristoranti più casual, e tour tramonto vela. Tutto ciò che si può immaginare di fare o intorno all'acqua si trova nelle vicinanze.

Loved it!

This was a wonderful place for our Florida vacation. Lovely condo, just take the elevator down to the beach, in a beautiful location. The owner was very cooperative to work with and provided a fully stocked, comfortable home away from home for guests. You can't beat the sunsets in Longboat Key! Great beach, great town.

Escape from MI winter

The property is beautiful with awesome beach views right on the Gulf Coast. The heated pool is nearby; there are abundant lounge chairs at the poolside and on the beach. Instructions from the owner were very clear to make our stay excellent! We rented the condo for three months and found the condo owners in the building (and other renters) warm and welcoming. Chris, the on-site property manager (17 years) was accessible and friendly. The condo owner was immediately responsive to texts throughout our stay. We experienced brief erratic cable and WiFi issues and these were resolved immediately. The condo was adequately supplied with starter supplies (paper products, coffee, etc.) The cultural activities on LBK and nearby Sarasota are a big plus. We recommend classes at the Education Center at a nearby synagogue on LBK. In Sarasota, the concerts (Sarasota ballet at the ASOLO and orchestra at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center), theatre (The Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe), and the SILL offerings: Music Mondays and Global lectures should be checked out. These are but a few of the offerings in a rich cultural environment. We recommend this property highly.

Very Comfortable For the 2 months I was there. The condo provided all the items a person would need

This condo was my runaway place after my husband pasted away and I needed to get away for the winter to just be by myself. There was a beautiful view from the living room of the ocean as well as the lanai...where I spend most of my time. I watched dolphins and stingrays almost everyday. It was a quite, serene place to be to start the healing process. The condo was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. I had several different visitors for a few nights at a time and everyone complimented on the comfort of the beds. The only issue I had was there were a lot of greenery...and plastic flowers. It was almost overpowering! The condo was way over decorated which made it a little claustrophobic. But other then that it was a great stay and I loved my winter retreat in Lynn’s Paradise!!!!

I am a 4th generation native Floridian who has always loved the beach. Over the years I have visited many beaches, but have found none which offer all the amenities of Longboat Key. When my children were young our family spent 2 weeks each summer here. With each passing year we grew to love it more. So, when I decided to buy my own beach house I knew LBK was the place. I looked at 40+ properties & without question, Longboat Harbour Towers was the best match for me. I love every minute I spend here. LBK offers any & everything you could want out of a waterfront property. I have had the same renters every year since I began renting during the high season. They also love LBK & LBHT, but were unable to return for the 2016 season. You will not be disappointed if you choose to vacation here.

I am a retired pediatrician. My husband & I reside in Orlando, and my children are now grown. One day we hope to retire on LBK. Longboat Harbour Towers offers a beautiful ocean front residence with a secluded pri- vate beach where you can sit for hours & hear nothing but the sound of the surf. Yet you remain close enough to civilization (Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, etc.) to find anything you might want . . . fine dining, charter boats, museums & entertainment, shopping, movies, attractions, etc.
