Costruito nel 1956 proprio sulla spiaggia del bellissimo Alligator Point, questa casa ha quel fascino da cottage sulla spiaggia della Vecchia Florida. Grazie a una completa ristrutturazione nel 2009 ha tutti i comfort moderni. Questa casa è perfetta per una coppia in cerca di una vacanza romantica ma ha abbastanza spazio per alcuni bambini. Questo accogliente cottage offre un'esperienza da spiaggia diversa dalle altre. È lontano dall'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica garantendo una vacanza rilassante tutto l'anno.

Aggiornamento dell'uragano Michael - La proprietà è rimasta incontaminata durante la tempesta! Le nostre spiagge sono pulite e pronte per i visitatori!

Hugh is a wonderful host! We loved sitting on the viewing deck watching the dolphins. The beach view was amazing! Nice king sized bed. We look forward to staying here again!

Great beach bungalow. Pictures don’t do it justice. Much more spacious than we anticipated. Had everything we needed. Very cute and wonderful views of the beach. Area was great for us, quiet, private, not touristy at all. We saw so many stars at night, even saw the Milky Way the first night there. Definitely recommend if you are looking for that old school small Florida beach house vibe.

A very well maintained 1950's bungalow, Super clean. The host responded to our questions quickly and repaired a water leak outside the house. His dad built the house, and I enjoyed hearing about its beginning. Very private and a wonderful white sand beach. We savored each sunset from the elevated deck. A wonderful place to get away. We will return.

The property was clean and tidy. Kitchen was amply supplied. The view is outstanding! Great place to visit, very comfortable. Host was very pleasant. Gas up and bring groceries. Thank you for sharing your beach house!

We love the quiet area. The fishing was good.We have stayed there several times and keep coming back. We had everything we needed.You look out the back and see the water. Easy access to beach. Watching dolphins was good too.

Beautiful beach house

This place was amazing! The beach is right out the back door. It's clean, quiet and the landscaping provides privacy. We absolutely loved this place and want to go back.

Vacation Stay

Great area as its more of a private stay compared to other parts of Flordia. It was nice being directly on the beach and we loved the raised platform to lounge on. We visited multiple nearby towns that had plenty of places to eat all around a 30 minute scenic drive.

Peaceful and lovely

This was my second stay at Somewhere in the Sun. Even on Memorial Day weekend, Alligator Point was peaceful and uncrowded. The little house is as charming, comfortable and lovingly cared for as ever. I will be back.

Perfect Vacation

Our stay was wonderful!! The house is perfect and the view is amazing. We could not have picked a better beach house. Just to add the owner is amazing and very easy to communicate with.

Great!

Great location with beautiful view of the beach from the whole house and steps away from the beach. Alligator Point is lovely (our second time in the area) and this was the perfect place to enjoy it.

Property was as advertised and was a perfect setting for our family beach vacation. We have a young family, and even though it's only 1 bedroom, the couch and futon gave the kids plenty of space to sleep. The quiet, white sand, beautiful beach is right down the private walkway and was perfect. There are plenty of non-beach activities to do in the area if that peaks your interest too. Recommend "somewhere in the sun" to anyone and Alligator Point as well.

Quaint Beach cottage

This property was perfect for my husband and me. It offers a quiet beach right outside your back door, The sunsets and dolphin watching from the upper deck were amazing to see. The cottage was perfect for us. We hope to return soon.

Wonderful beach house

This beach house is perfect in every way, I could not have asked for a better place to spend 2 weeks with my dogs. It has everything that you need for a perfect beach vacation. Everything was amazing, the deck, outdoor shower, location, the host, everything. I would go back there next time I want to stay at a beach house.
