Situato nel cuore di Avon, questa favolosa nuova costruzione con due camere da montagna fuga ha tutti i comfort di casa ... più una splendida vista di Beaver Creek Mountain!

Lasciatevi coccolare con la convenienza di alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e negozi nella valle di Vail. Nuovi arredi, arredi di design, nuovo tappeto, camino a gas, balcone con una griglia barbecue a gas e mobili da giardino. Servizio internet wireless. TV via cavo in ogni stanza, c'è un DVD in soggiorno e ogni camera da letto (un videoregistratore è anche nella stanza di famiglia). Il divano pouf raddoppia come un divano letto e una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trova nel condominio.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e doppio lavabo ... più un ingresso privato sul balcone. Due letti queen size sono forniti nella spaziosa camera degli ospiti - perfetto per una famiglia - con un ingresso privato al bagno adiacente. Un sacco di asciugamani sono forniti insieme al sapone da bagno, shampoo, balsamo, e blowdryers full-size in ogni bagno.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata (macchina da caffè, vaso di coccio, frullatore, tostapane e tutti i gadget e pezzi di servizio che si possa immaginare).

Una lavatrice carico frontale full-size e asciugatrice si trovano nel condominio con detersivo per lavatrice, asciugatrice e lenzuola smacchiatore.

Un sotterraneo, garage riscaldato offre parcheggio, bloccando deposito sci per l'unità, e deposito biciclette. Questa unità è una delle poche unità nella valle di Vail per offrire ARIA CONDIZIONATA - una grande opzione per avere un giorno di estate calda!

We stayed here after our son had hip surgery. It was comfortable with every amenity you can think of. Even had a shower chair for us to use! Would 100% stay here again! Wonderful host as well!!

The condo unit is well located, surrounded by a few restaurant choices and unique retail stores with easy access to the rest of Avon on foot or by transit. I parked my car once in the garage and instead of using it to travel to Beaver Creek and Vail, we took local transit. The rest of the time we walked to City Market across the street and explored Avon on foot. There's even a Starbucks and a bakery/deli within easy walking distance.The unit was clean and had all of the amenities listed in the description. Because of work being done on the outside of the main building, AC was not available. It was unusually hot in Avon, but we managed with the several fans provided in the condo. I would definitely consider staying in the same unit again.

The condo is centrally located in Avon and we are happy that you were able to walk, or take advantage of the convenient public transportation options, during your stay. Property management completed an extensive exterior renovation project that extended from April - August 2026. We are thrilled with the results and contacted all guests well in advance of their rental dates to advise them of the situation and offer a discount if they wanted to retain their reservation or the option to cancel and rebook elsewhere. Upon completion of the project, property management cleared all units to uncover their a/c units and resume normal use.

Lorna is the best! She is always attentive and on top of everything. The apartment is very cozy and has absolutely everything you need for an amazing stay. There were 5 of us and it was perfect. The location is also ideal—there are restaurants and shops right downstairs, and the supermarket is just one minute away. We will definitely stay at Lorna’s apartment again when we come back. Thank you so, so much!”

Great stay in Avon

Our family of five enjoyed this condo. It was well maintained and well stocked for a ski weekend. The location is great to be in Avon and be able to walk to dinner and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect ski weekend!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend skiing with my family - the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space in the condo, and everything was location in convenient proximity to the slopes and/ or to bus stops to get there!

Great honeymoon stay

The condo was great! So cozy and had all the homey touches. The town of Avon was a wonderful location to stay in too due to all the shops and restaurants as well as the proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Highly recommend!

Lorna is a Colorado native and Tom from Buffalo, New York. We currently reside in Denver and love to and lover to go to the mountains to enjoy the wonderful outdoor activities. We have rental condos in Avon/Beaver Creek (#44689) and Winter Park / Tabernash / Granby (#1061107).

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased a condo in Avon because Lorna has been a regular at Colorado resorts since the early 80's and always loved the Vail Valley. We have great memories of skiing and hiking in the area; however, our most memorable is becoming engaged following a sleigh ride to the secluded restaurant, 'Beanos Cabin', located on Beaver Creek Mountain.

Vail Valley has ulimited outdoor activities, world-class cuisine, amazing shopping, fabulous day spas and offers a menu of cultural events throughout the year.

Vail and Beaver Creek have been consistently ranked top ski resorts in the world. While the winter is known for its great skiing, snowmobiling, Adventure Ridge and outdoor activities - the summers are filled with mountain biking, hiking, boating, and fishing along with multiple festivals.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Chapel Square is located in the heart of Avon and at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. It is a two block walk from the gondola and is located on the free shuttle route (with two other stops just across the parking lot).

Unlike many other buildings, Chapel Square has residential floors on the top of the building and features the following restaurants on the lower level: steakhouse (Outback), mexican, sushi, soup/sandwhich/salad, and chinese. There are also salon services, grocery, toystore and other stores on the first floor of the building. Residential floors are secured by a code required in the elevator. There is also a great Pizza Restaurant and Irish Pub within a block of the condo. For those renting equipment - Christy Sports, Gart Sports and Vista Sports are all within a block of the condo as well.

The condo has a heated parking garage and ski/bike storage along with a hot tub, sauna and fitness room available for use by the guests. Furthermore, it is within walking distance of the Avon Recreational Center which offers state of the art exercise equipment and indoor pools. We offer a gas grill on the patio of the condo which has a great view of Beaver Creek Mountain.
