Everything was great! The house is very cute with some very nice extra touches. Great location to Jax beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks for having us!

Great experience

The listing for this house is spot on. The Host was great and the amenities were awesome. It’s sit in a great location between a lot of shops. If we come back to visit we would choose this house again.

This house is beautifully renovated inside, beds were very comfortable and it served us well for our 8 night stay. We were in town for a nationals dance convention at Sawgrass Marriott and were only a quick 5 minute drive away. We didn't utilize the beach access closer to the house as we didn't have bikes, and walking in the heat and alongside A1A was not ideal for our family. But the public beach access via car was only about 8-10 minutes away, depending on traffic, and was super easy for us. Lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores near by and pulling out onto A1A from the driveway was not difficult at all. Kristen has the house stocked well, and with the little things that you may forget to make your stay easier. She was quick and responsive with all communication and the check in and out process is also very simple and stress free.

Comfortable house and great location

We had awesome stay at Dolphin Cottage with three teenage kids. The house was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was outfitted with everything we needed, towels for the beach, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment when we wanted to stay in and cook, and it even had games we got to enjoy as a family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. What truly made the experience stand out was the owner’s responsiveness and kindness—she was quick to reply, flexible with our changing plans, and went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The property met our needs well. Very updated and clean, bathrooms and beds were good. Kitchen well outfitted. (Black out curtains or shades needed badly in the bedrooms) Back yard was deplorable and not usable, but we understand its slated to be renovated. It is directly on A1A, so there is a LOT of traffic in front of the home. It does die down a bit at night, but it is an extremely busy road which makes it difficult to get out of the driveway. The property is not close to the beach. (probably 6-8 blocks away) I do not consider it "walkable" especially with gear, and there is no parking along the beach access areas (unlike Jax beach) You would need to have someone drop your group at the beach access and they could then walk or uber from the house. House is convenient to restaurants and golf with Sawgrass a short 10 minute drive. All in all the home was in good condition, and again met our needs, but folks just need all the information.
