Very nice place to stay. We came for a wedding and it was nice to have a relaxing place instead of having to deal with a hotel. I recommend this place. Clean and in a nice neighborhood.

My family loved the stay at this beautiful home. The home was cozy and the beds were comfortable for our 9 night stay. It was close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to feel secluded and relaxed. We enjoyed the wildlife, hiking trails and the trees. I appreciated the advanced communication about the property and what to expect. While there was no cell service, the excellent WiFi never made us feel disconnected.

The home was beautiful. It was very comfortable. We arrived very late because we had driven for 12 hours. We got a good night sleep, but we’re a little bit disappointed to find out that there was no coffee or keurig, , and only a small two mug coffee maker. We were able to find a convenience store and buy some coffee, but as there were four of us, we needed to literally make four of the small pots of coffee

Great owner who quickly responded to questions. Cute neighborhood. Minimal amenities but that's what is in the listing! Perfect for a short stay visiting Palo Duro and family.

We had a really great stay and genuinely enjoyed our time here. The home was beautiful, clean, and very well put together. It had a cozy, relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind, and you can tell the host put thought into making the space comfortable and inviting. The beds were comfortable, the layout was functional, and everything was nicely organized. It felt private and peaceful, which we really appreciated.Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out was simple and convenient. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we would definitely consider staying again. The only disappointment was that one of the main reasons we booked this property was for the hot tub, and unfortunately it was out of order during our stay. We were also looking forward to grilling, but the propane tank was empty. If those amenities had been available, the stay would have been absolutely perfect.Other than that, it was a wonderful place and we truly had a great time.

I always hesitate to leave not great reviews but this property I just couldn’t give a great review on. It is in serious need of a good deep clean, the fridge was dirty, the trash can was broken, multiple doors in the house don’t shut properly or at all. Both shower have serious lime scale buildup, causing one of the shower heads to half function and the other shower had draining issues. There were electric cords just hanging down in a couple places, only one nightstand per room despite having queens and a king in them. The hot tub was out of order (yes it said it on the listing but it’s still annoying)This house has great potential but definitely needs to time, money and love put into it.
