The stair rug has gotten very soiled since our last stay. The kitchen had all we needed except perhaps a separate toaster. Very convenient location for us.

What a great find! This home was clean modern and in a great location. As we were traveling to both Salt Lake and the Provo area, this made for easy travel. The unit was super accessible, right off the freeway. Super quiet neighborhood and plenty to do. We love the open floor plan with the family room and kitchen altogether. We really enjoyed our time. The host was very communicative. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the stay, but had a few minor items during first 24 hours. While traveling there I received txt approx. 2 hours before stated check-in time asking when I was arriving. Advised would be there at 4PM (per agreement). Check-in was delayed. Explanation: previous renters left poor condition (reason supported by large trashcan that sat at end of drive way / curb-side for pick up the whole of our stay (Fri-Wed) - it was almost overflowing with empty bev cans, trash, etc. Thankfully the delay entry was only 30 minutes, Cleaning could have been better:Fridge had bottle of milk and 3 tortillas.Dryer had finished but had 2 wet blankets / duvets stuffed inside (no way they'd both dry in there together). I got to finish laundry left by either cleaner or previous tenant... whomever washed them pulled the drum-seal away from the washing machine, so I fixed that so washer wouldn't leak.Was not able to get the garage door key-pad to work (so had to walk around to front door, enter, then open garage to park). Will say that 2 car garage parking Huge Plus!Bathrooms were clean, but would've appreciated having an extra TP roll in each. What was there was a single "in-use" roll with 60% left. We were group of 6 staying 5 nights. Found box of TP in garage / stocked baths myself.Communication was "ok".All in all a good space/location-quiet. Would consider it again. Hoping prop mgmt can addresses smaller items that kept this from being the perfect space / experience.
