You found it! The perfect blend of comfort and style in our detached Carriage House, in Prospect - voted one of the best neighborhoods. It seriously is a great neighborhood. Recently updated with midcentury modern charm, this thoughtfully designed space offers a cozy yet modern retreat. The neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants & shops within less than a five minute walk.

Located in the perfect spot... 20 minutes to Boulder, 45 minutes to Estes Park & the Rocky Mountains, and 40 minutes to the airport.

This carriage house has all the amenities, including a Moccamaster coffee machine, AC, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The queen-size bedroom has a full closet; the living room couch also has a full-size bed to accommodate additional guests. After a day exploring the mountains, or shopping on Pearl Street, unwind on your private balcony.

This was an incredible stay! Mitchell made the experience even better, they were so attentive and caring. Had great suggestions and their home was impeccable! Decorated so well, had everything, and was very very clean. We will definitely be booking again!

We had the most wonderful stay! It was truly home away from home. The carriage house was immaculate and so refreshing. The washer/dryer were a lifesaver as we spent a lot of time hiking. We love staying in Prospect for the walkability. It was so fun to grab coffee and breakfast in the morning and walk around the neighborhood admiring the architecture. The hosts were so kind, welcoming, and helpful while also giving us space. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you!

Wow…we’re quite surprised by this given how accommodating we were for your needs. We would have loved to have heard what the issues were when we checked in with you during your stay. We also never heard this at all from any of our guests, which have included many older couples. We wish you all the luck in finding a place to suit you.

Very clean, bright, creatively decorated place, owned by two great people! Centrally located, near the main strip of the town, that has lots of shops , breweries, and restaurants to choose from.

Well appointed, comfortable stay in a gorgeous neighborhood, walkable to meals and serene for a restful night’s sleep. Property was so beautifully landscaped and Owners were accessible and so gracious. Highly recommend and plan to stay here every time we are in town.

Highly Recommend this VRBO!!! From the days leading up to our arrival Mitchell was very communicative with the entire check-in process. The VRBO was immaculate when I arrived. It is located in a very nice area where you can walk to different cafes and restaurants. The downtown area is great. The location is perfect as it sits in the middle of short drives (40 minutes to and hour) to multiple tourist sites and different activities. Mitchell was a great host and always available when I had questions. I highly recommend using this VRBO. I know if I get back there I will for sure be staying there.

Can’t say enough about this property. It is even more charming than pictures! Fun, quirky, so comfortable, with everything you need. I did not want to leave! The process and communication was seamless. And the owners (and their sweet dog) are terrific. If you are anywhere near Longmont, stay with them!

We are Jodi and Mitchell, and we came to Prospect in 2020 to live in our happy place! We love Colorado and this neighborhood. It’s an amazing place to walk, hang out and see the Rockies from our house.
We were Super Hosts and then had a renter for 2 years. But we’re back and love having guests here.
We like to spend time gardening, bicycling, going to live music, traveling and hanging with our pups, Estes & Eloise.

Prospect has a great vibe and we can’t imagine a better place to hang out to get the best out of the Boulder/Rocky Mountain area

Besides being central to Prospect, it’s a charming place that has a comfortable vibe that you’ll enjoy coming to after you’ve explored the area. Our carriage is tucked in the back, so it’s private and quiet.
