The resort’s onsite security and management team establishes and enforces access policies for the property, including the requirement for parking passes and amenity wristbands before guests may access the resort. These policies are fairly standard among beachfront properties and are intended to protect the amenities for owners and registered guests. We’re sorry you felt the onsite team was unhelpful or dismissive. We also appreciate you bringing the elevator, lobby, and amenity concerns to our attention. We’ll be sure to follow up with the HOA, as those common areas and building operations fall under their management.
