We had a wonderful month-long stay and truly felt at home here. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made our extended stay especially enjoyable. The washing machine in the kitchen was new and very quiet.We also loved the large fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our dogs and gave them plenty of space to enjoy. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, hiking, grocery store and golf. Woodland park was a half mile walk and has hiking trails, pickleball and two baseball diamonds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with little traffic. Overall, this was a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the front double swing and watching the beautiful sunrises . We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home away from home!

Peaceful Family Retreat

We stayed at Warm and Cozy for a long weekend. This is such a sweet home. The property is on an Acre fully fenced and gated. 3 Large bedrooms, a small bath and full Bath with big shower/tub. Our two Aussi’s loved the fenced back yard and deck. We will start here again P.S. super comfy bed!

Felt like home

Large lot in a quiet, older neighborhood. The house is quite comfortable and well equipped. The fenced yard is perfect for dogs of all sizes and, in particular, for small dogs who are escape artists. Mine couldn't find a way out. It couldn't be better.

We've stayed at this property many times over the past several years, but this is the first stay with the new owners. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately how clean the home was. The new owners obviously care about cleanliness and employ a great cleaner. I appreciated the small touches that were added, such as the dog dishes under the sink, the doggy cookie jar on the counter with treats and the dog bed in the living room. Also, the kitchen towels folded into a bow and the Christmas trees lit and ready for use were a thoughtful addition. This home is in a great location, within walking distance to Woodland lake. This, as well as the huge fenced yard, bring us back to this rental every time we are in Pinetop.

The area is nice. The park down the road is great to walk around with a pickleball court, baseball field, frisbee golf, and a playground. The cabin is clean and the back yard is nice for the dogs to run around fully fenced. The front yard is large. The Roku is easy to connect your media apps and with the Guest feature you can clear your login info in a few button presses, on a schedule or on demand. Downtown is welcoming with everyone being as nice as can be.
