You’ll experience sunsets, ferry watching, & listening to the adjacent creek, while being just a few blocks from fabulous restaurants, shops, parks and beaches! With 5 bedrooms you and your guests will have plenty of sleeping options. Every bedroom has it's own perk from the biggest bed with master bath to the most whimsical decor and the best views in the house. Our home is for every guest-those who want to spend their time exploring downtown Edmonds and those who want to relax in a peaceful setting. Staying at our home means you'll have access to the woods, creek, yard and garden as well as many outdoor seating areas at the top and bottom of our property.

Beautiful home in a great location - easy short drive to downtown but also removed, quiet and serene. The kitchen is very well stocked which makes it easy to put together a nice meal. We will likely stay here again on future trips to Edmonds.

We were in town for a celebration of life. We didn’t get to spend much time at the VRBO, but the time spent was very relaxing, comfortable and quiet.I shared the link with my nephew who lives in Woodway n case he needs a place for guests to stay close to town!

Great location on the edge of downtown Edmonds with the feeling of privacy. Close to everything, we walked to the downtown for coffee, the park and the ferry.

Laura's home is delightful and exactly as described in the listing. I had some problems with the VRBO app, and Laura went out of her way to help me solve them. The house is immaculate.The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The bedrooms are very comfortable. All instructions are clear and easy to follow. The views of the water and mountains are absolutely lovely. Downtown Edmonds is an easy walk, and full of great shops and restaurants. And Seattle is of course an easy drive away. I would absolutely love to visit this home again sometime.

We lived in our Edmonds home full time for 8 yrs before we needed to make a move for a few years. We absolutely love being up in the trees, the views of the water, ferry, mountains and the beautiful sunsets. We also love how quiet it is at our Edmonds home and we love exploring down by the creek.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We have the best of both worlds at our Edmonds home. Its quiet and serene yet we can walk 2 blocks and were at the edge of town. We have 2 wonderful parks with playgrounds, walking paths, and a skate park 2 blocks away, the summer farmer's market 3 blocks away and the water 8 blocks away.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our home really is unique as it is one of very few homes in town with a beautiful view of the water and ferry yet it feels and sounds like you're in the woods. We watch eagles, osprey and heron fly up from the water to land in our tree tops next to the house. We see resident racoon families who live & find food at the creek. We just love the nature that surrounds our home.
