This newly updated home is situated in the lovely, quiet town of Lo De Marcos in a small, unique gated community at the south end of the beach where it is the safest to play, swim and surf! You will experience all the town has to offer within walking distance and the beach is just steps out your front door! It offers a fully functional kitchen, pantry space with essential cooking needs as well as assorted spices, coffee maker and assortment of teas. A stylish living space with high ceilings, fans, fresh air and large windows and doors for exquisite views of the beach from your living space. There is a cove for expressing the artist within you with a limited supply of art supplies. Accommodates up to 6 including infants and children. Each bedroom has a tv, desk for workspace, closet and drawers for clothing; all the essentials for a comfortable stay. No smoking, vaping or drug use on premises and no pet policy. Manager on site. A lovely yard and garden area to enjoy as well as a covered palapa on the beach that is shared with the other homes located within Club Las Palmas. Come stay, unwind, create and explore the area. Wonderful local markets and cuisine, pickleball, hiking , horseback riding, surfing, fishing, boating, art classes, live music, and dancing, Yacoya is a free community center which offers a variety of free classes to enjoy such as yoga, language studies, excercise, and Bible studies along with other meetings and experiences to enrich your life, all located within a 15 minute walking distance. There are bicycle, golf cart and car rentals available locally. Once you visit, you will fall for this quaint Pueblo just north of PV . Come enjoy everything Lo de Marcos has to offer. 2 week minimum stay November 15 -April 15 and 1 week minimum stay April 16-November 14

We stayed here for 9 days and loved it!!! The shaded area that is “private” to the subsection of houses is so convenient and the beach is beautiful. There was only one working bathroom when we went but it worked out because there was only two of us! The beach gate is unlocked every morning (except Sunday’s I think) by Nico and he is the best! There is a “guard” dog, Brindi, but she just barks she’s very sweet. We would love to come back for a longer stay!

Tamera was a joy to work with! We hit locked out one night because we forgot to grab the key to the gate and she was here in a few minutes to let us in. If we ever need a place to stay in Lo de Marcos again we will try and get this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-week stay at the Artist's Cove! We were blown away by the beauty all around and proximity to the beach. The home is just steps away from a gorgeous sand beach great for hanging out and swimming, but feels secluded and private due to the gate. The house itself was thoughtfully decorated throughout and had all the amenities we could think to need for cooking and relaxing. The breeze was incredible even in the house, as was the sound of the waves and birds. It was a short walk into the lovely small town and if you don't want to walk there are 4 beachside restaurants literally steps away from the house. Tamera was a great host and very communicative. We'd be happy to stay again!

We really loved this property! Everything was great. The location to the beach was perfect. It was quiet and very safe. The landscaping in front was beautiful and carefully maintained. The place was clean and neat with beautiful artwork all around. The kitchen-living room was spacious with high ceilings and well equipped for cooking. Air conditioning worked well with high ceiling fans in each room. Plenty of hot water for showers was available. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had bathrooms adjacent. A cleaner came after one week and spent 3 hours cleaning. We highly recommend this place and would love to go again!

Tamara's pictures and descriptiona of this unit do not so it justice.Artist's Cove is beyond beautiful. It is full of beautiful pieces of art work,light,high ceilings,and the unit is so much larger than I expected. It is truly magical It is about 50 meters from the beach. The beach and the water are clean and the water is very swimmable. Tamera is a gem. She is incredibly helpful. She is prompt with her communications. I had questions leading up to the trip and she was thoughtful,kind,and honest with her answers. We had a few small glitches during the trip (nothing with the unit- it was a brief power issue in the town) and she helped us trouble shoot and figure things out If I could give Artist's Cove 100 stars I would. I can't wait to go back.

A great property with an incredible location. The beach is just steps away, there are a couple of bars and restaurants right on the beach...also steps away from the property. Lo de Marcos is relatively undeveloped and has an authentic Mexican coastal town feel (vs some of the more developed beach towns nearby. Absolutely lovely stay,all the way around.
