We are thrilled to hear this! Exactly what we are excited to share with others. So much has been added to this extra large beautifully decorated beach house for comfortability and fun! The game room, the pool, hot tub and the fort! The extra ice makers and refrigerators! LOVE the new downstairs bathroom. It’s paradise! Bring the grandkids back when you can. So happy you had fun, Kathy

House is gorgeous! Right in the heart of the island. Kitchen is amazing with Wolf Stove. Dining room table is large enough for everyone to have dinner together. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. We played pool, ping pong and even air hockey. They also had a really nice set of cornhole boards/bags!

We had 6 adults and 7 children and this house worked great for us. The kitchen is great and well stocked the living area and dining room were big enough for all of us. The back porch got used a lot with the nice weather. The kids loved the great room and it was really nice to have the cocktail pool and hot tub to use in the evening. The communication response was very timely. Everyone in our family commented how nice the house was. We have been coming to Fripp for years and this house was just what we needed.

Weekend Beach Vacation at Fripp Island

The island was amazing, a great community of people and amenities. The beach was beautiful and very accessible from the house. The house itself was even better in person, the new renovations and all the space really made the stay perfect. Everyone had an awesome time, a 10/10 stay. I would definitely recommend booking your trip here!

Having stayed there several years ago, we all liked the upgrades that were made and the condition of the place. Again, It worked very well for our group to meet over Thanksgiving. The hostess was very responsive, tho there were no issues that we had to report or get help with.

Excellent for family gathering

Property is set up to manage large families with a large well-equipped kitchen and a table that seats about 16 people comfortably. The bedrooms are comfortable and the gathering space is well appointed. There is a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. We would rent again.

We appreciate you staying with us. we love how close this house is to the beach. So convenient to run back to the house and grab a sandwich for lunch. The new owners spent a lot of time and consideration by hiring an interior decorator to help ensure that the Home offers.bedrooms for comforts and gatherings areas big enough for family and friends. We love to hear that it works!!! Come back when you can, Kathy

Amazing for big groups!

As soon as we walked in we knew this place would be perfect for our group of 16!! It literally has everything you would need. The kitchen has a ton of appliances and space. The bedrooms are super nice and spacey. The outdoor area is also great for hanging out and going to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to big groups!!

Thank you so much!! This house is lovely! The new owners hired an interior decorator to update the house with a coastal sophistication while making sure it was comfortable for all ages!! Perfect for a family who wants to spread out or a group of friends who want to gather and go to the beach!! And you’re right about the kitchen. I’ve never seen so many doubles of everything. Double refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, so many doubles! A commercial size ice maker downstairs in the game room for coolers and we are planning on adding a hot tub in 2026 and maybe a swimming pool for the summer of 2027 :)

We love this house! Great for large groups and nice updates have been made by the new owners, especially the pool! Our family of 16 has been renting this property for 15 plus years and we would love to be back in 2027. Unfortunately, we were not given first right of refusal and June and July of 2027 have already been booked. Our only complaint this year is that the trash area was disgusting. All the cans were full when we arrived on Sunday and trash pick up wasn't until Wednesday morning. Maggots were all over the trash cans by that time. The host was contacted and they took immediate action by spraying the area, but trash on the ground was never picked up.Even with the trash issue, I highly recommend this house if you have a large group that likes to be together but also have their on space. Wish we were coming back next year!

Fabulous

We had our 5 kids and their spouses along with our 14 grandchildren. It was a fantastic week. The house surpassed our expectations. There was not one of us that didn’t think the house was perfect. Kathy was so efficient and timely in responding to any question I had. My husband and I have booked the same house for next year. Our family simply can’t wait to return.
