The house was very spacious and clean. They welcomed our dog last minute. Enough room for for our group of eight to gather, visit, eat and share time for a few days. The host was always prompt on responding to messages. Check in and out was very easy.

Exceed our expectations. Host was great at communicating and check in was so easy. The home is beautiful and in a great location. Very roomy! Decorated so cute! Relaxing out back. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot near Hardy, AR

The place was great and as shown in the listing. Plenty of room for everyone as we had a bigger group of kiddos. The small arcade machine and pool table were a big hit. The extra living space downstairs was great! Host was very responsive and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful updated home that exceeded or expectations

This updated, spacious rental exceeded our expectations. One reason we chose it was access to the river, because we wanted to fish and kayak. We were able to fish from the bank and they had kayaks for us to float down river and fish and play in a few rapids. We also thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of room to hang out by multiple TVs, a pool table and game room. There was also a large deck outside and a couple of fire pits to enjoy but our trip wasn't long enough to enjoy everything. I would highly recommend this for any length of stay.

We had an excellent stay here the host was very responsive and helpful! Check in was simple and easy. We stayed for 8 nights, The house was Amazing plenty of space for our group, the second living room was very nice to have a separate space to watch movies or getaway from the group if you need a minute. There was plenty to do inside they have a pool table, pacman, board games, kids toys, 2 living rooms for your entertainment. It was unfortunately over 100 degrees for our stay so we spent most of our time indoors with the AC. We went mini golfing at a nearby place but left early due to heat the place also had a water obstacle course which we went to twice and was lots of fun. There is lots of caves and other things to do around too. It was a very nice place for our little kids. We got to see an armadillo in the front yard and a few lizards too which was cool! Outside they have a sandbox, playset for the kids, several kayaks and a canoe, a decent swimming area, fireplace, Very nice front and back porch and a charcoal grill. All and all we had a great time and I would recommend the property for your vacation especially if you have little kids. Feedback for the host we ran out of trash bags on our 6th day leaving a couple more out for longer stays and those with kids would be helpful, The upstairs master bedroom could use a lock on the door and the basement door could use a doorknob that isn't so easy for a toddler to open.Thank you for having us and for your hospitality!!!

When our group checked in everything was great, they left for a few hours and when they returned, there was no water to the unit. We are unsure what happened but the line to the house was removed and water was shut off. We did get some alternative help to get access to some water for showers, restroom, etc. but was very inconvenient. We were not offered any discounts on our stay or anything else that would have made up for our inconvenience. We left disappointed.

Perfect spot to enjoy the area!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was nice and clean. Property manager was quick to respond. We only ran into three issues: 1 - the sink in one of the downstairs bathrooms was clogged but we had 3 other sinks. No big deal. 2- air mattress had no pump 3- the downstairs bedroom fan worked on a remote that was lost and for some reason the power switch in the room controls all the outlets. This was actually the most inconvenient issue. Phones and the travel fan had to be plugged up in the closet if the light switch was off. And you couldn’t just leave the switch on because the remote wasn’t available to turn the light off. We had a great time overall. Highly recommend.

Sinks are fixed, the air mattress has a built in pump, and the ceiling fan has been replaced with a pull string model that fixes all electrical issues in the down stairs bedroom. Memorial Weekend Getaway

This cabin was absolutely stunning — even more beautiful in person! Every room was warm, inviting, and spotless, with thoughtful touches throughout. It’s incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding, we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The outdoor space was a dream — we spent our evenings around the fire pit (with tons of firewood provided). Inside, the fun never stopped with the pool table, arcade, and for the kids both indoor and outdoor toys, a sandbox, and even a playground! What really made this trip stand out was the host. Communication was outstanding — quick, kind, and helpful every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Despite us being rained on and unable to float the river it was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling with kids or just looking for a peaceful escape, this cabin has it ALL. We’re already planning our return visit! Thank you Suzanne for having us!

Our family of 13 went for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space and amenities for everyone, we had our own little river access a short walk away, and the host is so sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend this rental over and over again!!

Beautiful property. Had everything we needed. Our family had a great time and the host was very attentive to our needs and our questions. The only thing we struggled with was the walk to and from the water. It was a steep hill and a little too much for the grandparents in the group. Also, the neighbors were strict about the property lines so it would be good to double check the map before your stay to be sure you are in the correct spot by the river. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
