We have been visiting Pinnacle Port for years and love the location. Unfortunately, this particular condo was very disappointing, and I feel the listing was misleading in ways future guests should know about. First, the layout is important to understand. When you enter the condo, you are essentially greeted immediately by a staircase leading upstairs to the kitchen, living room, half bathroom, and hallway laundry area. Alternatively, you enter directly into the downstairs bedroom, which has two queen beds and a bathroom. The biggest issue, however, was the overwhelming smell of animal urine. The smell hit us immediately upon entering the unit and was especially noticeable throughout the downstairs bedroom, staircase, and carpeted areas upstairs. Most of the condo is carpeted, and unfortunately, the odor was extremely strong. This did not seem like one isolated accident or a single spot that needed attention—the carpet smelled as though it had been repeatedly saturated. I do want to say that the host was wonderful and responsive. They offered to come and clean the affected areas, which I appreciated. However, they arrived with bottles of cleaning chemicals, and because I have severe allergies, I could not allow chemicals to be sprayed throughout the condo without risking becoming very sick. Regardless, the odor seemed far too extensive to be resolved with simply treating one area.The downstairs beds were also very uncomfortable and extremely springy.

Property was perfect and great. Cleaned and just as described. only flaw I would say would be they would not allow early check in. We arrived at 2 pm because we made it sooner than we thought and we were not able to check in even though the room was ready. Otherwise it was great.
