Excellent host and a wonderful home! Everything we needed was provided, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay. The spacious house gave our family plenty of room to spread out, and the yard was a highlight... a great place to play and relax. It was exactly what our family needed for the week. We felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Property was great and the check-in process was seamless. One note, the listing mentioned 3 1/2 bathrooms. However, one of the full bathrooms did not have a toilet. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.

Thanks for staying with us, Bill. We’re glad you enjoyed the property and found check-in easy. I appreciate you pointing out the bathroom discrepancy, and I’m sorry the listing didn’t make the setup clear. We’ll review the bathroom details so guests know what to expect.

The Host was easy to reach and answered all questions we had. The backyard is fully fenced in which was great because we brought our 2 dogs with us. Huge backyard with plenty of backyard games to keep the kids busy. The basketball court in the driveway was awesome to. Plenty of dishes and pans for cooking. Rooms were spacious and the bonus movie room was awesome. Plenty of extra pillows but there were no extra blankets.

The home was welcoming with an "Indy 500" theme. The house, yard, and driveway were all just as spacious as advertised. It met all of our needs while we were in town for a wedding. We were extremely pleased to find the backyard fully fenced in. Our fur babies enjoyed being able to run free, while we enjoyed a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and received quick, friendly responses from the host. The home is located close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Property presents as advertised. Spacious, with comfortable beds. Great hot water and pressure in the MBR shower. Timely and excellent communications with host. Large concrete driveway provides ample space for parking. We only had two vehicles, but you could easily fit 3 or 4 more, if needed.

A very nice property that provided almost everything our family required to enjoy Christmas together. Our only negative feedback: the bedding was super firm with some ill-fitting mattress pads and the pillows were very flimsy, so our sleep suffered a little, unfortunately.

Overall, this house and back yard well served our family that consisted of 4 children, ages 18 months to 12 years, their moms and dads and their grandparents (us). We also brought a grand dog, so the backyard was especially useful for her to run. The kitchen appliances worked, there was plenty of hot water for showers and a bed for everyone. The adults especially appreciated the rapid delivery of a fresh box of coffee podsMy only word of caution to families with young children is the house is located on a busy and noisy road. While there is a front yard, it is not a feature of the house, so making sure the front door is locked when kids are in the house is important. Obviously, this is not in the control of the owners, but as a grandmother, it’s important to me to mention to others..

The home is spacious and lovely and very clean! We were celebrating Christmas here and it was a lovely place to do that. We (that's the 6 grandkids) loved all the outdoor games available and the ping pong table inside, and the rest of us took turns enjoying the hammock! In spite of the busy road in the front, it was a quiet and private space in the back, with lots of bird songs to listen to. We will consider coming to this house again next year!
