🚕 Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability, especially in the evenings or during off-peak seasons.

☀ Community Rules 📜 – After booking, you’ll receive important details about the property, house rules, and Big Bass Lake community guidelines.
☀ Primary Renter 🚗 – Must be at least 25 years old to book.
☀ Rental Agreement & ID 📄 – A signed rental agreement and ID verification (sent by text/email after booking) are required before check-in.
☀ Pet Fee 🐶 – A nominal fee applies for guests bringing pets (must be paid before arrival).
☀ Quiet Hours 🌙 – Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM to respect our neighbors.
☀ Parking 🚘 – On-site parking available for multiple vehicles.
☀ Smart Door Lock 🔑 – Access code will be sent prior to check-in for easy, contactless entry.
☀ Security Cameras 📹 – Exterior camera at the front of the house records arrivals only. No cameras inside.
☀ Propane & Firewood 🔥 – One propane tank is provided for the grill. We do not supply propane or wood for the firepits, but arrangements can be made with prior notice.
☀ Guest Registration 📝 – All guests, including day guests, must be registered with BBLCA before arrival. Please send us all guest names at least 4 business days before check-in so we can complete registration. Late registrations or guest changes incur BBLCA fees, which are charged to the guest. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Children under 3 do not count toward the maximum guest count.

✔ Weekly Pass: $30 per person (non-holiday) | $50 per person (holiday week)
– Valid for 7 consecutive days from the date issued.
– Required for all adults and children over age 7.

✔ Daily Pass: $8 per person (weekday, non-holiday) | $10 per person (weekend or holiday)
– Valid only for the day issued.

🔒 Home Damage Protection
Your total price includes a $50 damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage during your stay. This is a damage waiver, not insurance.
