My husband and I love this home! It has a special place in our hearts. We love the neighborhood and the easy access to Pompano Pier, Fort Lauderdale and even Miami Beach. We find the house to be very cozy. We find the morning sunrise inspiring and cannot wait to end our days with a charcuterie and wine and watch the sunset down the canal.

We believe this house captures a great location. A calming family space and access to all that south Florida has to offer. We love being on the water and the outdoor space enhances spending your time in south Florida. We also love that we are so close to all the beaches and the great restaurants that go with it. Pompano Pier, Lauderdale by the Sea and Fort Lauderdale, Del Ray, Boca and even Miami Beach are easy trips. We have 24000 lb. boat lift right off the intercoastal.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
The outdoor space at sunset and sunrise is unbelievable. One great option for the group is to rent jet skis or boats and get picked up on the dock and be right out on the intercoastal immediately. We have had great experiences cruising the intercoastal, deep sea fishing or even a day trip to the Bahamas. We also have great golf courses very nearby.
