This property was great for our large family gathering. The space allowed for everyone to be together in the spacious top floor living area. The bottom floor also had a nice gathering space and a small work area.

We enjoyed an extended family vacation at this property. It was well appointed and cleaner than similar properties we’ve rented in the past. The views from the back of the house are lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Communication was fantastic. The home was perfect for our family vacation- close to the beach, had a pool right across the parking lot, plenty of space with bedrooms , bathrooms, porches. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes and silverware for a crowd, lots of pots and pans. The outside grill is top of the line. I would def stay here again!

Great location

Beautiful bay views and then a 3 walk right across the street to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all compared to the rest of the beaches in bethany, especially downtown bethany which was very crowded (think OC NJ or MD). 5 minute drive to downtown bethany.

It exceeded our expectations. The view of the bay was gorgeous. If you like bird watching, it's especially great! The place was much bigger than it appears in the photos and very nicely furnished and decorated. The baby gates at the stairs were great for our quick-crawling 10 month old grandchild. It was a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed! Our only tiny quibble is that for the price there should be at least some TP in each bathroom upon arrival! Everything else was great. Very relaxing and extremely peaceful and comfortable house!
