The place looked like the pictures. We came with our 4grandchildren. I was looking for a place within walking distance to the beach; with a pool; and not too far from town…so I got what I was looking for. Yes, the place could use a few repairs/updates but that was not high on my list of important things… location and convenience was. After all, We weren’t moving in… just staying the week. I liked the beachy nostalgic decor just because it reminds me I’m on vacation and at the beach. We will definitely plan to return one day.

We love staying at gulf side town homes! It’s a great location close to everything! Love it having a carport to keep car out of sun. Everything was great about our stay. The only thing is our air went out but they got on it and came and fixed it asap.

Wonderful time! Breathtaking view! Easy communication! Pool was clean! Property clean! Home could have used a few updated accommodations … but all in all a wonderful home.

Excellent location

This place is great! The location cannot be beat. The carport underneath is the best. It’s keep your car out of the heat and gives everyone a place to wash off and keep your beach chairs and umbrellas. It’s maybe 100 yards from the carport to the beach. There were a couple of maintenance issues while we were there and they had someone there to fix it right away. They were very responsive and nice!! Will definitely stay there again.

The overall location was great but the bathrooms were not clean. There were broken blinds in the home and when they fell off the wall while we were there we were charged for them. They were not willing to listen. It felt like bad business.

Regarding the blinds, this was first reported on the day of checkout. When our team assessed the issue, the internal components had been damaged and the blinds were not repairable, which required replacement. As with all reservations, this was handled through the standard resolution process. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained experience for our guests.

This place is a great location to the beach! We had a baseball tournament so the washer and dryer was a plus! It was very clean, spacious and homey. For the price, this place is a gem!
