Howard, a central spot with genuine room to spread out and enjoy yourself is a combination that is harder to find than it sounds. Good to know the space delivered on both fronts.

From the very beginning, communication with the hosts was fantastic—they were warm, proactive, and remarkably quick to respond to every question. Check-in and settling in was completely seamless thanks to their clear, organized, and detailed home guide, which covered everything we could possibly need to know.The space itself is truly unique, stylishly curated, and sparkling clean from corner to corner. You can tell real thought and care went into every detail to make guests feel at home. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—it's tucked in a great spot that puts you just moments away from all the main city attractions, dining, and sights.Whether you're visiting for business or a leisure getaway, this place checks every single box. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone and will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town!

We had a fantastic stay! The rental was fun, comfortable, and in a great location within walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. The host was communicative and provided clear, easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. Parking was simple and convenient. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely rent from this host in the future.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Gainbridge Field house, and Lucas Oil Stadium. It is located on a busy street, so be prepared for traffic noise as well as the trains that pass by. We found that to be a small inconvenience for the prime location.

Very clean. Management is responsive. Unique and and fun experience. Everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We will never stay any where else in Indy.

This is the best location in Indy for events at Gainbridge or Lucas oil. Hunter and the team took care of us and the place is amazing. Perfect for entertaining. Our guests were blown away. They seemed to think of everything. I just wish it were warmer and we could have enjoyed the outdoor space even more.

The perfect mini vacay!

This property was perfect for our mini vacay. We wanted to get out of town and have a new experience. We live in a small town so staying in the business of it all was great. Lots of entertainment both inside this property and all around us. Host provided lits of well written details on use of the property and parking to keep us well informed. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot

The location is great. The managers are very easy to get ahold of and communication was very good. Security is one of ny biggest things. There's a locked entrance that requires a code and then the door to the suite requires a code as well. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great 4th of July

We are from NW Indiana, we have one daughter at Butler and the other lives in Indy. This was the perfect place for us all to meet for the 4th of July weekend and got to catch a Fever game right across the street. The penthouse had a great atmosphere and perfect for the fireworks too! Highly recommend, well worth the spend, we will definitely be back!
