This was a good location for us to drive to Universal for a couple days, it was nice to have the clean saltwater pool to relax.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We had to reach out to the homeowner for an issue and they were quick to get back to us. Very pleased with our stay.

We thoroughly loved staying at this home. It was just the right size for the six of us. The pool and lanai were great. We especially enjoyed our early morning coffee on the lanai with our view of the lake. We're VRBO veterans, but Jhan has been the best Owner we've ever dealt with. He responded quickly to any of our questions and was more than helpful.

House was perfect, just as described. Nice neighborhood. Family loved the pool. Garbage bags, PT, TP and other necessities were provided. We love being able to do laundry each night so no dirty laundry when we return home. Bedrooms were perfect for our family: King, Queen and two twins all with own TVs to relax after long day. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had very quickly. Kitchen was stocked although we didn't use much minus the Kuerig. Plenty of stores a few minutes drive from house. Parks, airport, and lots of entertainment about 20-30 min drive depending on traffic which is not bad because it goes quickly. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation, we had such a great time.

Our host, Jhan Garcia, was very responsive answering our messages promptly. He checked on us to make sure everything was going well with our stay and made sure to provide very clear instructions for the checkout process (what to do about towels, beds, etc). The house was clean. I am picky about bathrooms, kitchen and floors and they were clean and that made me happy. The house decor is nice and I loved how the bedrooms were decorated. Overall, we liked the place very much. It was perfect for our family.The only thing we had to buy was toilet paper. Each bathroom had an extra roll but they were on the smaller side and, with four of us, went quickly. I made sure to leave an extra roll in each bathroom for the next guests.

Door code wasnt set up for check in time, but host was quick to help. On entry the house was made a great first impression. Was just what we were looking for for a week stay..... untill the pool. Pool was very obviusly not takin care of for some time, contacted the host and they said theyd have it taken care of first thing in the morning. Returned the next night to the same results. At that point we cut our stay short because the pool was the only reason for us booking this property.

Our stay at this property was overall very good. We stayed for AAU Nationals volleyball tournament and it was about a 30 minute drive from the convention center. We went to Disney Springs once as well and that was about 35 minutes without traffic. The house itself was well appointed and clean. We didn't need to shop for any household items. A/C worked well on 95 degree days and the patio and pool area was really nice and screened in with some toys and floaties included. Two living rooms and smart TVs for anyone that wanted to watch things from various services. Kitchen was very nice as well. The bedrooms were big enough and the beds were comfortable.The location was a bit out of the way and maybe the price was a touch high for being far away from most attractions, but the house itself is as advertised. The host was quick to repsond with communication. The pool area was a really exceptional area of the house that everyone really enjoyed. If you are looking for a family stay, I would recommend this house.
