The host was friendly and very responsive. The house and property was very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal and beautiful. Had fun walking and dining in town. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our family crabbing vacation. Already looking at dates for next year.

We enjoyed crabbing on the pier. The house needed a lot of work prior to our arrival but not done .Our first problem was the coffee maker. The amenities list described drip coffee maker and keurig. There was only a keurig. There was no drip coffee maker. The bicycles tires were all flat and notRepaired during our stay. The two man kayak was patched several times, but leaked when we used it, the patches did not hold. We tried to grill one evening, but the grill was filthy and the propane tanks were empty. The air conditioners stopped working, and hvac team came and changed filters and mentioned they were not changed for a longTime. All of these things should have been addressed prior to arrival. There does notAppear to be a priority, but rather addressing items as IComplained. I spent much of our vacation emailing our host. Our stay was frustrating and disappointing.

Thank you, Dotsie. I understand your frustration, but I want to clarify that I took action on the concerns you reported during your stay. I followed up with maintenance regarding the bicycles and kayak, arranged to address the kayak and grill concerns and replace the propane tanks, and worked to get an HVAC technician to the property as quickly as possible when the A/C issues arose. While I understand these issues affected your experience, I made every effort to coordinate assistance once they were brought to my attention. I do wish the concerns had been resolved to your satisfaction, and I’ll ensure the items raised are reviewed with the team to help prevent similar issues for future guests.
