The house is in a great location for the Gingerman Speedway and South Haven. On our rainy morning we were still able to eat outside on the covered patio. The lake is a nice size and we caught some fish, went on a boat ride and used the kayaks. All great to have there.

We had the best time with our whole family of 16 celebrating our 50th Anniversary and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for The grandchildren had more than enough to keep busy with fishing, swimming, boating, planing in the sand and plenty of room to play games in the house We only left to go blueberry picking, out for ice cream and to get more groceries as South Haven or Kalamazoo were both with in a half hour Would highly recommend for a family vacation

Loved this house and location! Lake was beautiful and boat and all the water toys were a major plus. Beds were comfortable and checkout was easy. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and spending time on the beach. Check out Brookside Farm for blueberry picking too- great place! 10/10 plan to return.

This was the perfect house for our 3-family getaway! The kids loved the bunk room and the outdoor setup was amazing - we spent everyday outside and everything we needed was there - sand toys, life jackets, a Lilly pad, etc. The dining areas both inside and outside were great for our large group and the kitchen, while small, had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner daily. The Warner and dryer worked great and were really convenient to have after a day of sandy adventures.We will recommend this place to friends, and hope to be back ourselves in the future!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time with our family at this cottage. Enjoyed the beach and the pontoon boat which was included in the price. cottage was clean and roomy enough for our family.

House was everything the pictures showed and It was sparkling clean. The Pontoon boat really made our stay so much fun.We enjoyed it so much, and mostly had the lake to ourselves.The games and the garage was also fun, and we had a fire every night. One of our best vacations ever.

This place was in a nice location right on the lake and we loved the outdoor area and use of the pontoon and kayaks. My expectations were way too high for the living quarters for what we paid! We had to change sheets on one of the beds when we arrived, the dressers upstairs were all sticky and need wiping down. The dishes were dirty and stained. . There was crumbs in the bottom of the oven drawer and it didn’t appear the chairs in the kitchen had been wiped down either. The high chair was full of crumbs also. We had access to the garage where there was a ping pong table and couches to hangout but we had to work our way through co webs to get to the equipment. Very dirty for a garage that gets used supposedly all the time. Wouldn’t recommend spending 4900 for a 3 night stay that’s for sure!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. They have everything you would need for a lake trip. There are multiple places to socialize within the property, a fabulous fire pit, kayaks, paddle board, pontoon boat, and a garage with a ping-pong table in a fun living area. Excellent communication from the owners. a five star all the way.

We had a wonderful time and the house couldn’t have been better. Had everything you could think of, even small details like a high chair and baby gate, but all decent shampoo, smore roasters, aluminum foil and baggies, paddle boards and kayaks. And the pantoon boat was a nice add. The lake was big enough to be fun but small enough to feel safe. We stayed with three families with kids age 1 to 15. The garage and ping pong was a favorite hang out too!

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed. The sandy beach was great. Fishing off the dock was amazing! My 6 yr old granddaughter was the fishing champ! She caught a turtle, catfish, bass, gar, and multiple Blue gills! The older boys really enjoyed the kayaks. The one night that it rained, everyone hung out on n the garage. Everyone had the best time! Would definitely recommend!

Great family space!

We loved the space in this house, it was perfect for our family vacation ! Having the pontoon was a major plus, we loved our evening cruises around the lake. The lake was small but quiet which we loved. The kids had a blast fishing off the dock, they caught plenty of fish which kept them busy when they weren’t playing in the water or on the nice sandy beach. The garage space was perfect for a rainy day or a break from the beach. We have rented many lake houses over the years and this is def one of our all time faves. Excellent communication from our host as well! Thanks guys for a wonderful time!!

Our family had an amazing long weekend at this place! We rented it for a summer end getaway before school and fall. It was perfect. The home was as described. Well stocked and clean with plenty of space to spread out with our 4 grandchildren and our children. The lakefront is ideal for young kids with a nice sandy beach area and shallow waters to play in. There is a great fire pit area and the bonus, the lake with the pontoon boat. We all enjoyed that and spent as much time on the lake as possible. The amenities were well thought out as is the living space. The home is located in a nice neighborhood. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfy. We had great communication with our hosts and everything was super relaxing and easy. A definite five plus stars!! We have found our family getaway!!

Beautiful lakeside property as advertised. Pontoon boat was a nice addition. House roomy, comfortable and clean. Info provided by owners was timely and accurate. Lots of play toys for kids in and out of the water. Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay very much. We would go back and would recommend this property to other families.
