The deer roaming around at night and the sounds of the birds really do make for a special Hill Country experience. While we know the lack of cell service can take some getting used to, we love that you viewed it as an opportunity to disconnect from technology and enjoy some much-needed peace and quiet. We understand your frustration regarding the early check-in and pool access. Our 3:00 PM check-in time and $35 early check-in fee are standard policies, and we try to apply them consistently to all guests. That said, we certainly understand your point about the circumstances and appreciate you sharing your perspective. We’re also grateful for your comments about the potential you see in the resort. We’re continually working on maintenance, improvements, and staff training to make the experience better for our guests. And thank you for the Starlink tip! Since cell service and Wi-Fi can be limited here in the Hill Country, we agree that bringing Starlink can be a great option for guests who need reliable connectivity.
