This was a great place to stay during our Livingston visit. It's right off Hwy 90, so it's very convenient (gas station nearby, too), but it's also nice and quiet. Comfy bed, nicely appointed kitchen, and great back patio. Livingston (downtown, the river, parks) is very walkable and this home provides a great spot for exploring the whole area.

Will provided a wonderful home for my partner, 2 dogs, and friends. The back covered patio and fenced in yard space was great for us and the dogs to hang out. Oh and there’s an epic garden to view if you’re there at the right time. The location is great to walk to downtown Livingston for food and beverages. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great space in a great town!

Great Place, easy access to the Yellowstone National Park

The place was nicely decorated and a great place, would stay again but with 3 teenage boys and 3 adults we really needed a second bathroom. But, that was my fault planing a trip back later without boy so will definitely try and boom again.

Thanks for visiting. Polite guests. Would rent to again. However per check out instructions, would prefer if they had cleaned out trash in rooms and refrigerator and stripped beds so I dont have to consider increasing cleaning fee for future guests and visits. Livingston Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay in Livingston. We were looking for a place that would be a good home base for us as we explored around the area. This was perfect for what we were looking. Easy walking distance to Main St. and other locations nearby and a quick drive south into the valley for exploring and fishing along the Yellowstone. Even though single level, there is plenty of space for a family of 4 to 5 (even 6 of needed). It was easy to communicate with Will and we enjoyed viewing his garden as we sat on the back patio in the evenings. Great location and a fun weekend.

It’s an older house. 3 bedrooms and one bath. Dog friendly. Very accommodating. Well supplied with everything needed for 5 people for 4 nights. Centrally located. Walking distance to downtown Livingston, good shopping, restaurants, and many art galleries. Near to Bozeman and Yellowstone Park. My only suggestion would be regarding the laundry room which was cluttered and the floor in the bedroom under the twin beds needed to be cleaned better. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owner’s good connection with us.

Run down yard, weird rental

Never even opened the door. No wifi, owner offered WiFi hotspot on his phone? No parking in front of house, just across the street in front of someone else’s home. Yard unkempt and full of weeds. Wife and daughter did not feel safe staying there. Contacted owner for partial refund and received a bunch of excuses. Contacted VRBO and they said too late the already paid the property owner. I will never use VRBO AGAIN!

Guest never actually came to property. Sent guest multiple messages before and after their supposed checkin with wifi and other information and never heard from the guest until long after their stay would have started. Immediately accused me of having an unsafe home just to have a reason for a refund for not showing. If the guest hadnt resorted to lies and insulting me and my neighborhood for no reason, I likely would have considered a refund. Simply a mean and untrustworthy person.

Property was pretty good - some suggestions for improving - kitchen needs better pans and cooking utensils imo - also, a gas grill would be hugely beneficial. Decent for what we used it for

I applaud Terry's impeccable tastes. While imo I provide more and nicer utensils and cookware of all types you than any rental under $1000/night, I appreciate folks wanting better. Unfortunately the cookware in rentals is constantly abused including my own. Even before seeing this guest's review I replaced two frying pans this guest or their guests' appear to have scratched beyond healthy use using metal forks on them rather than the nicer silicon and stained wood utensils I also provide. So I try to maintain and replace nice enough cookware to do what your family would like on their vacation but it can only be kept as nice as the guests treat the equipment in return, and I would like to keep the base rental price reasonable. Thanks for your input. I have replaced some of the cookware.
