Ballena 204 è un condominio monolocale confortevole, artisticamente decorato, fronte mare con vista mozzafiato sul tramonto dal balcone del secondo piano. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e con vista sulla piscina. Ampia camera da letto con due letti queen size per quattro persone, oltre a soggiorno separato con divano letto. Ampio bagno con combinazione vasca / doccia. Cucina in stile cucina con piccolo frigorifero, piano cottura a 4 fuochi, forno a microonde, tostapane, caffettiera e frullatore, completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, posate e utensili da cucina. Lenzuola, asciugamani e teli mare forniti. TV, Wifi gratuito, docking station / stazione di ricarica USB multi-dispositivo, radio e lettore CD.

L'edificio Ballena ha un ascensore ed è adiacente a una grande piscina con vasca idromassaggio, piscina per bambini e una grande palapa con macchina per il ghiaccio, frigorifero, lavandino e bagni. All'interno di un complesso recintato con ampio parcheggio gratuito. Amministratore di proprietari di case di lingua inglese in loco, guardie di sicurezza disponibili 24/7. I vicini amichevoli sono disposti a rispondere alle tue domande e a farti sentire a casa.

Situato nella Casa del Mar Fase II, parte dello sviluppo di Cabo Real che comprende un campo da golf di Robert Trent Jones. Il complesso recintato e sicuro di Casa del Mar è il gioiello di Los Cabos; l'unico sviluppo condominiale di proprietà privata a bassa densità sul corridoio. The condo is amazing. The view is amazing. The place was perfect and exactly what we needed to watch the whales and snorkel for 5 days. No surprises or issues.

Great property with excellent location

We were here for ten days and will definitely rebook this property. Great location and beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. Great communication with property owners who was spot on answering all our questions in a timely manner. The condo was also very well stocked upon our arrival which was super convenient.

We’ve stayed here several times, the grounds are breath taking, condo clean well equipped and comfortable bed. So many great restaurants all within a 15 minute drive. Judy was wonderful to work with always very quick to respond. Can’t wait to come again.

Beautiful views

It was a beautiful property with amazing views for a very affordable price! All amenities were included. The only advice I would have is to get a regular toaster and a broom for the condo (so we could sweep up sand😊).

Beautiful view

The condo was clean and had a great view. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was easy to control as well as the fans. The pool was very well maintained and we were steps to the beach. Security made us feel very safe at all times. I would highly recommend this property. 15 min Uber ride to restaurants and shops. Great location.

Simply Perfect

Absolutely beautiful property. The views are spectacular, the grounds are so pretty and well kept. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need, comfy beds, cute decor, very clean. The owner is very attentive and quick to respond. Location is halfway between San Jose and Los Cabos (marina area). Shopping close by. We did rent a car and also used uber. Great spot.

Will Visit again

We really enjoyed out stay at Casa del Mar. The property itself was beautiful. Loved being so close to the ocean...could see whales and the jumping manta rays! We especially appreciated the quietness of the resort and no need to run out and save a spot by the pool or beach! Our condo was great although we spent time with our friends in another condo because it was a little larger for playing cards. We also would look for one with washer & dryer next time, but it worked out great for our first time at the resort. Ralph & Cindy

Great Location

Humble 1 bedroom unit faces the pool and ocean. You can fall asleep to waves crashing onto the beach every night. Clean and comfortable in a quite location. If your looking for a get away from the hustle and bustle of San Lucas, this is a great option. It's not a luxury accommodation but it's clean and comfy. The only con would be the noisy AC system, it is very loud and near the bedroom. Hopefully they will get this corrected. To sum it up, I would stay here again.

Wonderful!!

We loved the property, view, and host! Danielle went above and beyond in answering our pre-travel questions and put us in contact with the concierge to overcome trouble we encountered getting tickets to the Los Cabos Tennis Open before we arrived. We got groceries delivered from Fresko La Comer and grilled on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The washer/dryer came in handy and we could have packed way less! Grass tennis courts were a bonus! Definitely recommended the property and host to our friends and hopefully our travels bring us back!

We loved our stay in Cabo and at Casa Del Mar. the location was excellent!! The view from the balcony was perfection. The owners were so great! They responded immediately to all my questions. I would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect San Jose del Cabo Condo!

This was my family’s 5th time to stay at the condo complex of Casa Del Mar. It’s the perfect location between the main area of San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. This condo, Ballena 204, was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchenette/ living room was perfect for the two of us. The beds were comfortable and the air condition blew directly towards each bed which made us sleep like a babies after fishing all day. You can hear the waves breaking over the rocks at night which was so relaxing. The grounds of Casa Del Mar are always beautiful, the colorful Bougainvilleas are stunning along with all of the cacti and succulents. The owner checked in with us to make sure we needed anything and was available by text if we did. The locals and workers of Casa Del Mar are super friendly and welcoming, we absolutely love this town!

Nos sentimos muy felices de haber estado en esta propiedad disfrutando de nuestras vacaciones de verano. El lugar es muy agradable, excelente vista , la alberca muy bonita y el jacuzzi, el lugar es muy exclusivo y con seguridad. La ubicación excelente para poder conocer el todo el corredor. Cuenta el departamento con todas la amenidades necesarias. Sin duda regresaremos en otra oportunidad. Excelente comunicación con la dueña. Gracias por la estancia.

Judy Chaikin and Danielle Chaikin are mother and daughter. Judy is a filmmaker who lives in Los Angeles, and Danielle is a technical writer who lives in Santa Barbara, California.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Judy and her husband visited Los Cabos in 1991 and were so enchanted by the area that we purchased our personal condo on that first weekend. As our family grew we purchased Ballena #204 in 1997 as a second unit for our visiting children and friends.

Danielle and her husband got married at Casa del Mar in 2003, so this is a very special place to us. We visit as often as possible, and try to keep the condo well-equipped for ourselves and our renters.
