Great house, great location. Very safe, as is most of the island. Could walk to high-rise hotels and a the surrounding shops/restaurants very easily. Property managers were always accessible and responsive.

While we truly enjoyed our stay here, I have to be honest - some things could have been better.All the televisions buffered and pixelated horribly. Had them out twice, they even changed the cables but it kept happening:( As nice as the outside area is, the fan above the table did not work. They offered a new one but we didn't want to spend our time waiting for it to be repaired. I hope its replaced now. Also with the evening breezes, it was difficult for our group to play cards. There was no place inside for 8 to gather,They were very accommodating with early & late arrival, answering messages, etc. You won't have a bad experience, I just can't give it 5 stars.

The host was very responsive. We loved the house it was exceptionally clean and modern. We had a group of 7 and everyone had their own private space. Awesome pool and outdoor space. Great rooftop deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful experience hosting Laurie! Communication was smooth and respectful throughout. They treated our home with the utmost care, followed all house rules, and left the space spotless upon departure. We would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to any future hosts!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable.We did have issues with the property. The first morning after check-in the night before there was no propane for cooking or hot showers. Vacation Aruba ( the property manager) came out fairly quickly in hooked up a small grill bottle of propane and we were in business and all gas appliances working for a couple of days.We requested that the pool area be cleaned of weed--this was never addressed. Vacation Aruba came out fairly quickly and cleaned the pool that day and on the last day of our 8 day stay they came out and cleaned the pool again and did a water treatment.We requested that the ice maker be repaired to work--this was never addressed.The cooler supplied had no plug--this was address with a replacement cooler half the size of the first one.The propane ran out 2 more times which required a call to Vacation Aruba and a wait for them to come out and replace the grill size (20lbs) bottle of propane. On our last day of our 8 day stay, the propane people showed up and connected a large 100lbs propane container to the house.So, some morning we had hot water for showers and some morning we did not.The cooking and oven operation failed 3 times as we were required to call Vacation Aruba for assistance. Vacation Aruba responded fairly soon after the calls, but we had trouble getting in touch with them. We went through a few different phone numbers and methods of contact initially. And, reach out to Vrbo by message on the website.

The propane issue was particularly unfortunate. Prior to your arrival, we had scheduled the gas company to replace and connect the main residential gas tank. Unfortunately, despite the appointment being confirmed, they did not show up as scheduled. In Aruba, residential gas service is provided by a single supplier, which limited our ability to resolve the situation as quickly as we would have liked. While our team responded promptly by providing temporary propane tanks and replacing them as needed, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to experience interruptions with hot water and cooking facilities during your vacation. We also apologize that some of your other concerns, including the weeds around the pool area and the ice maker, were not fully addressed during your stay. Your feedback highlights areas where we can improve our communication, follow-up procedures, and contingency planning to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. We truly appreciate your recognition of our team's efforts to respond quickly when issues arose. We are actively reviewing our procedures to help prevent situations like this from happening again. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future, as we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with the seamless and enjoyable experience that we strive to deliver to all of our guests.
