The deck is huge and the views are incredible! The rooms are cozy and the furnishings are very artful and beautiful. The hosts have thoughts of everything including robes and sandals for the hot tub and a sample of saltwater taffy. Bring sunglasses for those epic sunsets!

Beautiful relaxing stay!

This was a wonderful house to spend three days just hanging out with friends. The house is spacious. Sparkling clean. The owner - Matt - was wonderful to work with. He was attentive and accommodating. The front deck was massive and the view was spectacular. And we had sun for three days! It was perfect. Great kitchen. Great rooms. Great game room. Big living room for gathering. Best house I've ever stayed at in Bodega Bay and I have stayed in many! I'll be back. Highly recommend!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Carmet over Spring Break. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. The home is so thoughtfully appointed - every detail has been considered, and it was truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had.The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking and gathering so easy. The beds are cozy, the linens and towels are high quality, and the entire home is spotless and beautifully maintained.We traveled with two teens, and this home was absolutely perfect for our family. They loved having their own bathroom, the game room was a huge hit, and you truly can’t beat having Schoolhouse Beach right across the street.We were lucky enough to enjoy a couple of sunny afternoons hiking in Tomales, lunch at Nick's Cove, Salmon Creek Beach walks and sitting out on the deck, which made the experience even more special.Thank you for your excellent communication throughout - it made everything seamless from start to finish. This home is truly a gem, and we would love to return again soon.

The property was exceptional! We had 3 couples and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for privacy. With the ocean views/beaches, pool table, fire pit and spa, there is always something to enjoy at the property. The kitchen is well stocked with upgraded appliances. It was a great place and enjoyed by everyone!
