Family Tides is a perfect name for this beautiful beach house! We booked this house for our yearly family Florida trip and it did not disappoint. The common areas were very spacious for family gatherings, the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone their own space. Beach access, the game room, and the heated pool were a big hit for the kids as well as the adults. We highly recommend!!

Staying at Family Tides with our group of 14 gave us room for everyone to be together and still have privacy for sleeping and quiet time. The kitchen amenities were the best we've had of any of our rentals, all we needed to do was look and we found it, including a blender, toaster, griddle, etc. Ample dishes for using real dishware instead of paper. The pool was perfect for the kids and the property manager/host very responsive. The beach was uncrowded, despite being spring break season.

Wonderful beach home

Amazing location. Beautiful home. We had the best time! Short private access to beach. Close to fun restaurants. Beautiful rooms. Everything is brand new. Loved the pool and the arcade games. Great place for family with plenty of space.

June 5, 2026What a marvelous place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach! Our whole family had a wonderful time, and it was a delight to watch the wildlife right outside. We especially loved the decor of the beach house. The blue kitchen cabinets were so attractive, and the large sofas in the family room were so comfortable. The kitchen had really nice equipment with a grill outside. The pool was delightful, and a real bonus was the ten beach chairs, two wagons, and canopy. The game room in the garage was really unique and fun. Our family has already reserved it for next year.We have been renting a beach house for our whole family for 30 years, and this is one of the nicest we have rented.
