Amazing location, right next to the bay. The Spool was great to go into after swimming in the bay. Perfect spot for families.

The house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was a great size and in great condition. The shower off the main room was phenomenal and the host was easily reachable and courteous.

Sail Bay luxury

Great stay with family and children. Great location and the spool was a hit. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great beach stay!

Property was amazing, fit everyone comfortably. Walking distance to beach / restaurants/ entertainment. Kids and adults had a blast. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely, peaceful stay

The house was perfect for our family trip to San Diego. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the house was clean and well cared for, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Convenient location, we would absolutely stay again!

The best VRBO!! Perfect location! Easy access to San Diego and La Jolla and close to wonderful restaurants. My family enjoyed biking down to the park and relaxing in the private spa after a long day exploring. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean! All of the amenities were provided! We didn’t have to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper or laundry detergent. They were very responsive to all requests and questions!! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Stunning property, had everything we needed. Best grotto style hot tub, perfect after a long day at the beach! Very comfy beds. Great views of on the roof top deck. Easy parking garage. Will be coming back again!

Amazing spot in Sail Bay! Highly recommend!

The place was wonderful. The process to check in was amazing. The process to set it up was great, the company was communicative and friendly and helpful. Super responsive and very interested on the quality and satisfaction of our stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Just close enough to Mission Beach without all the madess, and a block off the bay. Shopping and essentials are nearby. The garage came in very handy and appreciated the ability to use onsite equipment. The hot tub was probably the family's favorite part and its secluded and beautiful. We will most certainly be back!!

This place was great from the moment we parked our car off street in the locked garage, until the bit too early check-out time of 10am. It has everything you can imagine needing or wanting from a beach condo. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and utensils, and enough dishes that you can go two or three meals before needing to turn on what looks to be a new dishwasher. Actually, everything in the condo seems to be new and shiny clean. The beds were really comfy, including the bunk with an extra pull out. There were more than enough comforters, pillows and towels…even large towels for the beach and hot tub (spool it was called as it is huge). In the garage there were boogie boards, SUPs, bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella. Up on the roof was a bbq, table and chairs, comfy couches and a gas fireplace. There is a peak-a-boo view of the bay from there and the best spot for a San Diego sunset. Out of every door you’ll find a seating area, so you can follow the sun as it rounds the house if you want. There is also a second bbq downstairs off the dining area. Everything is so thoughtful and convenient, with directions for use if needed. Lastly, I can’t speak highly enough for Coast Vacation Homes, the rental agency that hosted the rental. They literally responded to my texts within a minute or two. Besides responding uber promptly, they were friendly, professional, and informative. Might as well book directly with these guys and skip the VRBO.

This was such a fun house to stay in and it's location is central to everything we wanted to do and see. My husband and son have birthdays in October and we often try to go somewhere together. My son and I were both born in San Diego but have lived in NorCal since the '70's so these trips are special for us. The layout is great for two families, beds and furniture very comfortable, kitchen well supplied and the "spool" was a huge hit for us all! My son and girlfriend loved the boogie boards and hot-tubbing after the beach.We've stayed in MANY VRBO's over the years and found this one to be a little pricey but considering it's location and everything it offers, well worth it !!! I'm pretty sure we'll be back for another stay, thanks for the hospitality, Sincerely, Joyce and family :)

Everything was just as expected and located right by the beach - really nice location. We did have trouble fitting into the garage with our larger SUV, so just something to be mindful of.
