My 2 adult daughter's and I spent 5 days here in October. It was clean, with updated decor, a very well-stocked kitchen, and in a quiet, but not remote neighborhood. We highly recommend!

I stayed at the Pinewood Lodge recently with my family and we had a great time. The whole place was cozy, the deck was great, and the place opened up to a wooded area away from cars that was perfect for our dog. Additionally, it was pretty walkable to some hiking trails as well as the ZMarket. Overall we had a great time. I’d stay there again.

A wooded area right off the deck and no cars to worry about — hard to beat that when there's a dog in the group. Glad Pinewood Lodge felt cozy and that having trails and the ZMarket within walking distance rounded things out nicely. The location and place was amazing! The view and peacefulness of the backyard is unmatched.

Our family of 4, my mom, and my sisters family of 4 had a great time here. The place was big enough for all of us. Kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. When we had any issues the team was responsive and helpful. Overall great place for family and friends trip.

We had a great stay at Pinewood Lodge. The home is in a fantastic location, exactly as described, well appointed, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Our main complaint was that the floors were extremely creaky and quite loud throughout the entire house, which was noticeable during our stay. Overall, a nice place with just that one drawback.

Nice location in Tahoe Donner

Very good location, walking distance to the rec center, close to hikes and everything else that Tahoe Donner has to offer. The house is spacious and the kitchen as well stocked. The beds were a bit too soft to our liking and overall the house is not very new. Communication was very good and when we had an issue with the access to the recreation center, the owner resolved it very promptly.
