Property was good for the price we paid. Kinda bummed the hot tub was closed, but out of his control. My only complaint was there was not a tv in the bedrooms, but had I read reviews I would have known that. Overall the condo served its purpose.

The property is a 2nd floor unit, it is dated but comfortable. The owner response time was excellent, there was an issue with the Air conditioning but was addressed immediately. There's a pool but not within view of the unit, we didn't use this option. New appliances. Parking was very convenient, directly outside the unit.

The rooms are huge. It’s a comfortable stay, but the place could use some updating. It was easy to access, parking was good and it’s quiet.

Sports Stay

Traveled to Aurora for a sports tournament for the week. The property was well kept, large bedrooms and easy access to anything you may need. Would recommend.

Great place

This condo was a bit old but very spacious. The rooms are huge!!Could have used a roll of paper towels.

Pros: The condo had plenty of space. It was in a nice location, with a 30 min drive to downtown. There are grocery stores nearby to stock the fridge. The pool and hot tub were pretty great for the kid. Friendly neighbors. Host was quick to respond when we had issues.Cons: There was some old food in the cupboards. Some of the dishes weren't clean, but put in the cabinets so we rewashed what we needed to. The towels in the dryer were still a little damp upon arrival. One of the weirdest things was no hand soap in the restrooms.Summary: Overall the price, location and amenities available made this a very good place to stay for the week, especially if you're on a tight budget. We mentioned some of our recommendations to the host and he said he would take care of it for the next visitors.

I really enjoyed the stay. The appliances need a upgrade or a service check. The biggest issue is the neighbors do not respect the parking so 60% of the time someone parked in the assigned spot.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean in fact the carpets were just shampooed. The carpet was a wee wet by not a problem. The rooms were very large. The garbage disposal does not work, again, not a problem for us. The location was close to Costco, Target and Walmart. We will stay here again to visit my niece at the University of Denver.

Check in was good. Host provided up with great information. It was easy to find with the information. Also, fast to respond. Things I would change/fix:1. Update photos I think the ones there don't show how good the lay out it. 2. Add TVs in Bedrooms. When you have a family stay and only 1 TV in the whole house is hard. 3. The faucet in the Kitchen hot water & cold water are turned around. 4. Drier is very load and squeezes bad. Needs repaired. 5. Cabinets need cleaned out. There's expired stuff in them. 6. Patio blinds were missing panels and screendoor doesn't shut right. See photos. 7. Would be nice to get rid of room lamps and install light fixture with ceiling dans. For all the rooms. 8. Providing information about where the pool keys are hidden. 9. Explain how to turn the water on for the shower head. The kids and I had a hard time so just took baths the 1st day unitl I asked my hubsand. I have never seen a faucet like that and it was confusing. 10. Some blinds are brokwn through the house and/or missing the pole to open and close blinds.
