What a great place to stay very convenient to everything parking right there on site. The condo was lovely very clean with great views of the ocean and amusement park. The host made it very easy to check in and check out no complaints with this rental.

We had an ocean view and it was perfect. The place was very clean and had alot of appliances that we got to use. Parking was great. The host was very accommodating . Would definitely go back and stay in the same place.

The rental was larger than expected. Extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay. It's a great location (however there is noise from a nearby train ). Host responded quickly to any requests and the office staff was very responsive. There was a fire alarm issue for the whole building when we were there but it was resolved quickly by the office. The beach is right there we saw beautiful sunrises, close to everything. All in all it is a lovely place to stay and I would definitly recommend it. Beds were comfy, bathrooms large and well equipped, plenty of seating and the balcony is a bonus and has plenty of seating.

Memorial Day weekend stay

The unit was exactly as described/pictured. Owners were extremely responsive and friendly. Great views, we would return!

Fabulous location in Old Orchard Beach. We were fortunate to visit in early May, prior to the full summer crowd. Still, many restaurants and shops were open on the weekend. The home was clean and spacious with a great kitchen and open floor plan. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Cindy was great, meeting us for access and answering questions. We hope to come back again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view and the parking spot couldn't be any closer to the beach! We loved looking out at the rides and beach. Very spacious for our family of 4 and our kids loved having their own beds and bathroom. The master was generously sized and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated all of the storage as we tend to overpack. I was worried it might be loud at night with all the action but we barely heard a thing. Many thanks to Cindy and Bob for sharing their lovely space.

We had a wonderful time at this property over New Years. The condo is adorable, very clean and a lovely view of the beach. Kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and although we didn't need any beach supplies I noticed towels, some sand toys and beach chairs, which I thought was nice. Cindy was so helpful and always responded to my questions quickly. We hope to come back in the summertime because the location is amazing, right next to the beach and pier. We will definitely book again!

All aspects of the stay were excellent. The condo is very nice and in a great location. Lots of great restaurants and activities in easy walking distance. Beach is great for walking. Cindy was an amazing host. We arrived earlier than anticipated and she personally met us at the unit to assist us. Communication from the property management team was great leadiing up to our arrival. Entire experience was a 10.

We had such a great time. Being off season we knew some stores and restaurants would be closed but found plenty of places to shop and eat! The property was not only right in the heart of OOB, but centrally located between all the places we wanted to visit; Cape Elizabeth; Portland, Kennebunkport, Wells, York and Ogunquit. The property itself was clean and well equipped with modern appliances and furnishing. When we were not out and about we spent a lot of time on the balcony which was well furnished and offered great views of the beach, the pier, the amusement park, & town. We would definitely come back again and stay at the same property without any hesitation!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway During a Special Occasion!

We stayed at this beautiful 2-bedroom beach condo while in town for my son's graduation from UNE and it could not have been more perfect. The condo was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee with a view every morning was a real treat!The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind throughout our entire stay. It really made a special weekend even more memorable.The location was ideal—close to the university, great restaurants, and of course, just steps from the beach. We’re already talking about coming back for graduation again in May 2026 and even for a real vacation in the future. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and location was great. Our weather was horrible thanks to an early nor’easter and the cloud ceiling was low so we could hear the train coming through several times a night. If you’re a light sleeper, keep this in mind and pack some earplugs.
