Ok, but not great unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at GTB multiple times over the years, it’s probably the best resort on the lakes. This was a last minute trip so options were limited for rentals. The location was very good, but the unit is in need of some updating to really make it a desirable rental. Some of the furniture is very old and looks like it was purchased used from a 90s hotel room. The mattress is about as cheap as you can get, similar to what you might get in a college door room. Spending a few hundred on a new mattress from a “warehouse store” would make a huge improvement. Would I stay at this unit again...possibly, but I would look for other options 1st.

Reviewer Comments: There was an unexpected issue with the original cottage we reserved and upon check-in we were informed we were moved into a different cottage. We were a little worried since we hadn’t picked this one but I believe we ended up with a better unit after all. It was very cozy and stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay.
