If I could give 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend this beautiful cabin. Not only is the home absolutely wonderful but the land and wildlife is priceless! It’s so serene and peaceful. Liz & Jon are wonderful hosts. Will be back again!!!

This place was somehow better than expected. The cabin had everything we needed for a great stay...and more. The kitchen was well stocked so we were easily able to cook meals. The kayaks were perfect for fun all day. The beds were comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts were super helpful, even answering our late night request for help with the DVD player!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property for a couple of days and everything was excellent. Everything was clean and as in the listing and pictures. They do a great job of maintaining all of the little odds and ends for your use at the property (dish soap, pots and pans, dish washer packs, flashlights, umbrellas, and even ice cream and sodas to make yourself a treat if you like). Check in and out process was smooth and they do not ask much of their guests beyond the obvious. Sleeping arrangements were great and the owners are excellent communicators and answered all of our questions promptly. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when we are in the area.

We had the best weekend getaway at Southern Nights Cabin! We had the a great time kayaking, fishing, relaxing in the spa and sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife! We will definitely be booking again!

The cabin was just what we needed. The kids enjoyed it and so did our fur baby. Everything was there that we would ever need and more. The host was very responsive and we would stay again!

This place is awesome! The weather was bad but we still loved our stay. This cabin is well stocked and I do mean well, if you forget something I bet it’s here. Super clean, well maintained and a great price. We are looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

This cabin was the perfect weekend getaway!The cabin was clean and cozy. The host had amazing hospitality and was very generous with amenities and check-in/check-out times. The river was a 3 minute walk from the front door and was a great place to rest and relax. My partner and I had a magical weekend playing in the water during the day and playing darts and pool at night. We will definitely be returning with friends!

We had an excellent stay at Southern Nights. Hosts were very responsive and offered a variety of amenities including a kitchen with all the necessities. Great location on the Bogue Chitto River and a beautiful and cozy spot. Would highly recommend!

Felt like home from the moment u enter the property! Very clean! Great for a quiet get away. The owners were so accommodating and very sweet! Definitely coming back! So much to do here on the property…kayak or swim in the river, hot tub, outdoor swings, plenty yard to play in, lots of games, pool table….not lacking anything! Awesome hosts!!!

This property and host were excellent. We came in later at night and we greeted with a string of lights glowing on the porch/deck. We were surprised with ice cream and sodas for floats. You really only need to bring your clothes to this place and your food, everything else in here. We loved the record player, the pool table, and beds were very comfortable. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Southern Nights was the perfect relaxing getaway to unwind, unplug, and enjoy nature. The cabin felt like home and there were so many activities to keep us entertained. Our hosts Jon and Liz were very helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!
