Was an excellent stay the property was good, clean and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The communication with the host was great he kept the pool maintained very well would stay again in the future. Was close to a lot of food places and easy access to get in. Thanks again!

Room for eight people and four cars in nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants.

Location was close to Miami airport, but noise was not a problem. We enjoyed the swimming pool and grilling steaks in the fenced back yard. Host was helpful. Our family had a nice week there after our grandson graduated at Univ of M.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Property was clean and matched what is shown on the listing. It does appear to be an older home though, so it has a few quirks here and there like the boards on the porch give a little underweight, the floors are uneven inside due to what appear to be some settling of the home, some of the floor tiles are broken, etc. Two bigger things that I hope they address would be that in the main bedroom, the ac was not cooling well so we struggled to get a good night sleep, and then the door to the master bath is a pocket door and was completely off the tracks so we had to struggle a little to pull it open/closed. HOWEVER, the property was in a good location, very clean, roomy and the hosts were very attentive/responsive to our correspondence and very helpful when we had someone from our party leave behind some keys after checkout. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Great Location just missing a few essentials

The location and home was great. However, there was just a lack of essentials one would expect to have at a VRBO- bath cloths, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, extra towels, to name a few. We have had some that even have coffee pods, but that wasn't the deal breaker for 5 stars. The lack of bath cloths and towels did it for most of us.

The home is sufficient but in need of some attention. The master bath door does not close, which is an issue since there are only 2 baths for 4 bedrooms. Lots of plugs do not work either. Just minor maintenance issues that would have made a huge difference in our stay

This property looks nothing like the pictures other than color of home. The owner, Diego, reached out and asked that I let him know when we were on the way so he could meet us and let us in. I did and he didnt answer, no one answered. There 3 numbers to call, no response from any. We stood outside in the sweltering heat, 4 adults and 2 children for 30 minutes. The neighbor even reached out to the same numbers to help us and Evolve, the service this property is listed under, tried the numbers give with no success. The excuse Diego gave was that he cannot have his phone while at work but his wife or son should've answered, they didn't! This place hasn't been taken care of at all. It's odd that there are industrial fire pulls and exit signs in this home. Vents are black around them, not cleaned in years, disintegrating walls, exposed wire tubing. The pocket door to one of the bathrooms doesn't work and he knows it because he finally came by and mentioned it to us and its been that way for years. The pool inside was clean but you had to get there, that area was filthy, needs power washing desperately. The giant iguana felt at home in this overgrown back yard. The bed linens had blue stuff all over them and a guest doesn't know what that is other than not clean, unusable! This place may have been great at one time but not anymore. I would NOT recommend, not even for an overnight stay!

We apologize for the check-in delay and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with small children. We’ve reviewed our procedures to help prevent this in the future. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and service the home and pool weekly. Any issues reported during a stay are addressed as quickly as possible, but none of these issues were addressed during your stay. The property includes some original structural and safety signage from its history, and while unusual, it does not impact guest safety. As for landscaping and wildlife, iguanas are common in South Florida and can occasionally appear despite regular yard maintenance. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Everything listed about this place was 100% accurate and amazing!! The pool and the air conditioning worked out fantastic. We used the grill a lot too and all of the rooms suited us well! Robin & Diego are excellent hosts and I highly recommend staying here with them!!

Marvelous Birthday Trip

Let me start off by stating how MARVELOUS Diego is.... His hospitality and professionalism 💙👍 We really enjoyed our stay... The house has EVERYTHING you need... Diego communicates very well.... The location is perfect it's literally next to everything including MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (8 MINS AWAY BY CAR).... House comes with lots of games, parking spot right in front of the house, a grill, pool and more .... Will definitely be booking again ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Amazing Home

We had a great time here. Location is great, convenient, and the host helped out on everything we needed to make my birthday perfect. Home is beautiful with plenty of room for family.

Great Stay

It was a great house and the owners were easy to get ahold of. They really helped us out with early check ins and a later check out. Only negative is the constant airplane noise since it is so close to the airport.

Another great stay

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was fantastic once again. Location is great, easy to get to restaurants and the outdoor space is nice for hanging out.

Worth It

Enjoyed my birthday stay here couldn’t have it any other way. Diego and wife was very attentive and helped us with the area and walk through the home. The home was lovely everything was clean and bed is comfortable!!! Shopping, Eatery’s, and Beach was not far. Home was convenient to go anywhere everything was 30 mins or less away. Quiet area. Highly recommend and will book further trips to come to Miami again !
