A great experience to cherish ✨

A wonderful property with exquisite decor. It also includes a backyard heated pool, a TV in every room, a garage filled with arcade games and a pool table. The kitchen was already garnished upfront with awesome snacks at the table. Overall, a wonderful and excellent stay. This house is one of the best houses you can find in this location ✨

What a wonderful property, perfectly clean, great communication. Everything was as described, comfortable beds, easy check in process. This is my 10th stay at different properties in solterra this was easily my best stay. Will absolutely stay again!

Our experience of renting Breez Villa was truly 5* all round. Bergin went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect from his responsive communication during the booking process and also while we were there. The digital guide to assist our stay was also extremely helpful. The villa itself was everything it was described to be, in fact possibly even better than the photos. It is spacious, tastefully decorated, and extremely well equipped. The pool was lovely and so warm meaning we could enjoy it even in the evenings after returning from the parks. Access to the resort facilities was a bonus too and we enjoyed a morning at the clubhouse pool and lazy river. We can’t fault a single element of our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

From the very beginning, staying at this property was absolutely the right choice for our family vacation. Bergin and his team were incredibly friendly and extremely easy to communicate with. The pool heat exceeded our expectations, and the option to rent a grill was a perfect addition. The house was extremely clean. There was a regular coffee maker, and keurig, and an electric kettle so that made having our morning coffee and tea easy; everyone got what they wanted. The living room was very spacious and was a nice place for the kids to relax in the morning to watch cartoons while we got ready for the parks. The bedrooms were very clean. The kids especially appreciated the themed rooms and having their own bathroom at the end of the hallway. The resort was also very nice. There was a nice walk up restruaunt to grab a bite to eat, along with a heated pool and an unheated lazy river. Being that it was Christmas time, they had actually left out krafts for the kids (ornaments the kids could make). They put out something new every day. It rained pretty badly our first night in so the game room was a plus.In terms of location from Disney, it was pretty close. Traffic can, of course, be a little tough at times, but overall, it was very conveniently located to the parks. It was also an easy drive from MCO. Throughout the stay, Bergin and his team sent some messages checking in to make sure everything was OK. The team was always immediately responsive to messages or questions.

Fantastic stay in Breez Villa!

A superb villa. The whole property was spotlessly clean and all amenities were in excellent condition. All appliances and furniture are modern and high spec, really comfortable and everything worked perfectly. All the bedrooms are a great size, with very comfortable beds, very fresh linen and tons of closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week's stay. All bathrooms had an ample supply of bathroom essentials and a large number of fresh towels available. The pool and patio area were brilliant, all the outdoor furniture was in excellent condition, really clean and comfortable to spend time in. The pool is a great size, heating worked very well and the collection of pool toys and the basketball net were very popular. The games room was a perfect kids hangout room. Bergin provides a brilliant service with a great level of contact, very clear and timely instructions, and has built a superb online guide to help with all aspects of the villa, and responds immediately to any questions. Really helpful and reassuring before you travel and we received a lovely welcome gift on arrival. Solterra is a lovely location with great facilities and is great for accessing Disney and Universal. We have stayed there several times and this was by far our favorite villa. Strongly recommend it to everyone!

A great stay.

Breez villa is a modern, bright and spacious villa. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you may need. The family area is spacious and the TV is great. The extended pool area and games room were put to good use by our family, which we really enjoyed. Three of the main bedrooms come with en suites, which was important to our family with young adults as they could each have their own personal space. There's also an additional bathroom for the two kids bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, which was very much needed after a long park day! There's also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and for those of us from the UK, a clothes airer. We found Disney to be about a 35 minute drive with Universal around a 45 minute drive, both depending on I4 traffic. We had a couple of issues during our stay, but Bergin was very quick to get them resolved which was much appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends.

Large, spotlessly clean, lovely property

Absolutely perfect place! We had such a nice time. This is somewhere that felt like we were staying in a friends holiday home rather than renting a villa. The pictures online don't do the scale of it justice. We are a family of 5 and it could easily have accommodated another family the size of ours. Loads of space, loads of storage, spotlessly clean and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. The kids loved playing in the games room and the pool area is massive and the pool a lovely temperature. It was only a 20min drive from Disney so the location was perfect. We had the best time here! Thanks

Amazing, beautiful and fantastic.

We normally stop in hotels so this was the first time booking and stopping in a villa and we have no regrets whatsoever. We are already looking to book again for our next visit. The villa was stunning and in a perfect location for us. The whole process was faultless and big shoutout to the owner for the care and attention. Definitely recommend.

Family Fun in Florida!

We had a fantastic experience staying at our Breez Villa in the Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida. I’ve never booked holiday stay abroad direct from an owner before and was nervous about not having the security of a large travel company should anything go wrong. However, right from the moment of enquiry to the end of our holiday, Bergin was very helpful, reassuring and extremely prompt at responding to any queries. I also needed have worried about anything being wrong with the property! It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and very well furnished in a modern style. It was exceptionally spacious too. I was really delighted by the attention to detail. There was a welcome pack of goodies and the kitchen was exceptionally well kitted out which meant we could really use it. I had brought items such as hand soap and dish soap but these were all there, which I thought was great. It was also handy to be provided with towels for the poolside and a great wee flask which kept a drink cold for hours in the Florida heat - a really nice touch. The resort was peaceful and very well maintained - great for relaxing after the parks! There are plenty of facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away too. The pool and pool area at the villa was modern and lovely and clean -we all enjoyed it. The kids loved the pool table and games in the converted garage area. They also played with the board games which were well looked after. For the parents (especially from the UK) the laundry facilities were great - a really efficient dryer and great big washing machine which I think is typical in the US but not so at home! After a fortnight’s holiday I came home with hardly any washing - what a win (or maybe I’m just a bit sad!). Thank you for a brilliant stay - I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florida.

From the moment we booked Breez Villa, we knew we were in for something special. Bergin, the host, went above and beyond to ensure the booking process was seamless and professional. He was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions and guiding us through every step. Everything was perfectly organized, from the detailed forms to the door codes and gate access. It set the tone for an exceptional experience. When we arrived on December 30th, we were greeted with the most stunning holiday surprise—a beautifully decorated Christmas tree that instantly made us feel at home. The thoughtful welcome hamper was beyond anything we’ve ever received. It was filled with everything we could possibly need to get started: sweets, crisps, milk, bread, orange juice, washing tablets, and even personalized water bottles that were perfect for our days exploring the parks. These little touches made our arrival so warm and memorable. The villa itself is a dream. Breez Villa is impeccably designed, with bright, summery decor and a keen attention to detail that creates a truly luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The pool area was a standout feature for our family. It was spotless, with sun loungers and a large outdoor dining table. The heated pool was a godsend during the cooler weather, and the kids couldn’t get enough of it—they were in the water every single day! Inside, the villa continued to impress. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The laundry room was such a convenience, especially for a family on a long stay. The games room was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults too!)—there was something for every age to enjoy. The Solterra Resort itself is just as impressive as the villa. It’s beautifully maintained, quiet, and secure. The facilities were excellent, from the ample parking space for our large vehicle to the BBQ area, which made family dinners an absolute joy. Every detail, from the utensils provided to the general cleanliness of the resort, was spot on. Bergin’s attentiveness throughout our stay truly set Breez Villa apart. He was always available, ensuring that everything was perfect and that we felt completely looked after. His genuine care and professionalism are rare, and it’s clear he takes immense pride in offering the best experience for his guests. Having traveled extensively and stayed in countless holiday homes worldwide, I can confidently say that Breez Villa is one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The combination of a stunning villa, thoughtful touches, and an incredible host makes it a standout. We were there on New Year’s Eve and were amazed at how respectful and peaceful the celebrations were within the resort—another testament to its quality. This experience was so incredible that we’ve already booked our next stay in September for two weeks. Great month in the sun

We stay for a month at Breez Villa. When we got there everything was like the pictures we saw online. Everything was available for our stay. To cook, to tidy, to relax. We found ourselves getting very comfortable there like a home away from home. Bergin, our host was very available. If we had a question he responded almost immediately. As well as Scott his local property manager. Scott was very nice and quickly available when needed. The pool was always clean and very warm. Thanks Bergin we really enjoyed our time at Breez Villa.
