Whether your ski-holiday fantasies include a central downtown location, a soak in the pool and hot tub to finish a day on the slopes or some apres-ski culture, this residence is ready to fulfill them. Set in downtown Aspen, this luxury Colorado vacation rental is close to ski lifts, shopping, dining and even the local opera house. Spacious modern-rustic living areas and 3 bedrooms make the property a wonderful alternative to a resort for a family or group of friends. At the end of a day on the hill, take off your gear and treat yourself to a glass from the fridge.

No matter what the season, there’s plenty to do in the greater Aspen area. From the private entrance townhomes location in the downtown core of Aspen, you’re close to shopping, dining, and about a quarter-mile from both the Wheeler Opera House and Aspen Mountain Ski Resort. Drive to Aspen Golf and Tennis Club, 2 miles away, or Snowmass Village, about 9 miles away, to play or explore, or to Buttermilk Ski Area or Aspen Highlands Ski Resort, both about 3 miles away, for fresh trails. When it’s time to leave, choose from Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, 4 miles away, Eagle County Regional Airport, 69 miles away, or, farther afield, Denver International Airport

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, very well maintained, and towels were readily available, which made everything so easy. We had five people in our group and fit comfortably without feeling crowded at all. It was a great experience overall, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Very disappointing — not as advertisedWe were extremely disappointed with our stay at this condo managed by Aspen Vacation Rentals. The property was advertised as a “top of the line, first class and immaculately clean designer decorated condo.” Unfortunately, the actual condition of the property was very different from what was represented in the listing.When we arrived, we found:-Filthy carpets with noticeable stains and pulls-Stained and dirty living room furniture showing heavy wear which we covered with sheets to feel comfortable to sit on-Bar stools with the coating chipping and peeling-A broken sliding glass door lock which was a potential security risk-An unanchored dishwasher that shifted when opened-Kitchen cabinets that were visibly worn and damagedWe reported these issues shortly after our arrival. Despite paying a premium price, the response was an offer for a re-clean, which would not have solved the structural wear, damaged furniture or damaged carpet. The biggest issue was the significant discrepancy between the luxury experience described in the listing and the condition of the condo. This was not what we expected when paying a premium price for a first-class property.Unfortunately, the condition of the condo negatively affected our trip and left us feeling taken advantage of. Future guests should be aware that, based on our experience, the property did not resemble the luxury accommodation portrayed in the on line listing.

Fantastic location in the center of town. Good space for our family of 5 to spend a week on a ski vacation. Apartment comfy, beds and pillows ok, kitchen and bathrooms clean and functional. Host available if anything was needed but we really didn’t need anything. Unit is a bit of walk and there are stairs - this was zero issue for us but if mobility is an issue, it might be a problem.
